Ne-a plăcut că este recepție și timpul de afară !
Prețul exagerat pentru astfel de condiții ! Cel mai tare nu ne-a plăcut mizeria ! ! Albiturile erau pline de pete galbene și paturile foarte vechi , patul copilului era plin de pete de urina și nu doar , ne-a îngrozit un pic ! Lavetele de spălat vasele erau folosite și obosite , au economisit la maxim pe tot ! La plajă nu este comod de ajuns și murdară , la fel și apa!

Great location, near to the beach, free sunbads and umbrellas on the beach, clean room, very peaceful place.
The accommodation has a good location and is a great starting point if you want to get to know Halkidiki.
The kitchen is really poorly equipped; at least one appliance like a toaster or kettle would be helpful. The kitchen was old and insufficient for our family.
The stuff were great! Very helpful and kind. Every single worker that we met at the hotel!

Dringende Nachverfolgung: Offizielle Beschwerde über Hotel Melissa Gold Coast (Reservierung 6968221353)
Sehr geehrtes Booking.com-Kundendienstteam,
hiermit möchte ich meine bereits eingereichte Beschwerde bezüglich meines Aufenthalts im Hotel Melissa Gold Coast, Psakoudia (Reservierungsnummer: 6968221353, Zimmer 312, 13.–16. August 2025) nachdrücklich bekräftigen.
Wie bereits berichtet, mussten meine Familie und ich unter absolut inakzeptablen hygienischen Bedingungen wohnen – mit zahlreichen Kakerlaken im Zimmer, sogar im Bett. Trotz mehrfacher Meldungen wurde keine angemessene Maßnahme ergriffen. Am letzten Abend wurde das Zimmer lediglich mit Insektiziden besprüht, sodass wir in starkem Chemiegeruch übernachten mussten, ohne dass uns ein alternatives Zimmer angeboten wurde.
Am dritten Tag gab ein Hotelmitarbeiter zudem offen zu, dass dieses Kakerlakenproblem „bekannt und nicht zu beheben“ sei. Auch mehrere andere Gäste bestätigten mir gegenüber, dass sie mit demselben Problem konfrontiert waren.
Aufgrund der Schwere der Situation habe ich bereits eine offizielle Beschwerde beim griechischen Tourismusministerium eingereicht, welche registriert und zur weiteren Bearbeitung weitergeleitet wurde.
Daher fordere ich dringend Ihre Unterstützung, um innerhalb von 14 Tagen eine vollständige Rückerstattung in Höhe von 547,80 EUR zu erhalten. Bitte bestätigen Sie mir den Eingang dieser E-Mail und teilen Sie mir einen klaren Zeitplan für die Bearbeitung mit.
