The is a perfect "value for money" location in Beijing.
Pros:

The is a perfect location in Beijing. Right off a Hutong, with good restaurants nearby. Walking distance from Tiananmen, Forbidden City. Great Wifi. Reception service was excellent. Beds were clean, towels and serviced every day. This was a return visit for me to the same motel.

Cons:

I appreciate the upgraded room for the space, however, the single bed was very uncomfortable. The furniture was in the wrong place for access to the powerpoint, so I moved it around to be more suitable and of course, then had a lot of dust exposed from under the furniture.

Its not a bed, its a stone slab, its the hardest matress i slept in my life, im not exagerating, if you cannot sleep comfortable into an hotel then this hotel is not worthy.

I recommend this place for anyone who wants to visit Bejing and be in the center of everything
Pros:

Nice hot water. Hotel staff very efficient fetching whatever it is that I needed. very nice location close to everything. A tourist might need in Bejing.

Cons:

Had difficulty Using the TV and setting up the air conditioner to provide heat. There was a little wear such as rust around the bathroom sink bowl. The beds were hard for westerners, but was given an extra puffy quilt to put under me which made it more comfortable.

Very convenient place for a short stay.
Pros:

The location is excellent, close to some main attractions of Beijing, which can be reached by foot. The rooms are very decent, providing basic facilities. The staff has been helpful. The price was reasonable.

A nice but antiquated central place to stay
Pros:

This hotel is in an interesting location 30-40 minutes' walk away from the Forbidden City and Tian'anman Square, and 20 minutes to a subway station. It looks as if nothing has changed there since the 1980s or earlier, but it is clean, apart from the stale smell in corridors, and the room is quite comfortable with all the usual amenities and even a spin-dryer. Our 'loft' room was split between two floors, giving a useful amount of space and places to sit. It would have been good to have two card keys to the room, but the receptionist just shrugged and said there was only one. In this day and age that is unacceptable.
