Accessible location and staff helped printing cruise documents.

Cons:

Did not refresh towels during our stay and there was no indication what the cleaning practices are. Sausage at breakfast was severely overcooked and only one ice machine worked with no signage on those out of service.

It was fine though I'm not sure we will stay at La Quinta on future trips.
Pros:

Breakfast was fine though the same everyday, no variety. The facility was nice.

Cons:

We did have to ask for a refrigerator as the room did not have one. One was brought in during the time we went to dinner. We had a walk in shower as requested though water did come out from the shower area very easily. The first morning water was all over the bathroom floor and we cleaned up with the towels. More towels were brought upon request. Initially, there were only enough towels for 3 people and we had 4 in our party.

My reservation was cancelled by the hotel staff and I was not notified, yet they refused to cancel it on Booking page. I wasted my time by showing up to the hotel for the staff to tell me that they gave away my room. They couldn't be bothered to give me a simple call or email, even canceling my booking on the site.

Pros:

The bed was extremely comfortable, especially considering the price we paid. It was a great value for the money.

Cons:

We also had a very frustrating experience during the night because the smoke alarm was beeping continuously. We tried calling the front desk, but the phone in the room was not working. I went downstairs twice to find someone for assistance, but there was no staff available. Each time, there was a note saying they would be back in 10 minutes. We even left a note at the front desk requesting help, but no one came to check on the issue.
The lack of cleanliness and the inability to get assistance when needed made our stay disappointing.

The cleanliness. The microwave was not cleaned and it still had food in it. There was a weird smell when you first walk into the room. The staff were friendly and kind but this will probably not be an option for us in the future.

Pros:

I appreciated the room size and breakfast. The staff was nice but made a few mistakes in charging me more than once and the wrong card.

Cons:

Being Charged for a second evening on the wrong card. The rooms were clean except for the first room on the floor that was pet friendly and had pet hair all over it and I had no pets, not sure why they put me on that floor. However, the rest of the room was clean. The part that was not clean was a major issue and I almost checked out . On both nights the restroom was clean except for the soaps and shampoo on the wall in the showers. Very disappointed, hair and debris from other people's bodies all over them. Those should be removed and cleaned as they are cleaning the restrooms. I tend to check detail and someone else might night and that is how germs and diseases spread especially in a place like the restroom where bodily functions are happening. Very disgusting and that took everything down .
