Good location, free parking.

Cons:

The cleanliness. The microwave was not cleaned and it still had food in it. There was a weird smell when you first walk into the room. The staff were friendly and kind but this will probably not be an option for us in the future.

Pros:

I appreciated the room size and breakfast. The staff was nice but made a few mistakes in charging me more than once and the wrong card.

Cons:

Being Charged for a second evening on the wrong card. The rooms were clean except for the first room on the floor that was pet friendly and had pet hair all over it and I had no pets, not sure why they put me on that floor. However, the rest of the room was clean. The part that was not clean was a major issue and I almost checked out . On both nights the restroom was clean except for the soaps and shampoo on the wall in the showers. Very disappointed, hair and debris from other people's bodies all over them. Those should be removed and cleaned as they are cleaning the restrooms. I tend to check detail and someone else might night and that is how germs and diseases spread especially in a place like the restroom where bodily functions are happening. Very disgusting and that took everything down .

Für eine Nacht ok - länger würde ich hier nicht mehr bleiben. Mitarbeiter waren freundlich.

Cons:

Das Hotel im allgemeinen ist sehr herunter gekommen und sieht auf den Bildern besser aus als in echt. Es scheint als ob man nur mit Farbe renoviert hat was dementsprechend sichtbar ist. Außerdem war es im allgemeinen schmutzig. Der Teppich in der Lobby war dreckig und wurde offensichtlich nicht gestaubsaugt. Die Handtücher und Bettlaken + Kissenbezüge hatten Flecken.
Das Fitnesscenter ist sehr klein und Ausstattung mangelhaft.

The only thing I would like to see improved is breakfast. The eggs and sausages not good. At lease I think they were suppose to be sausage?

Pros:

Overall, not a bad stay. Easy access approximately 1.5 miles off the freeway. Free parking always a plus. Lobby area looks clean, but upon closer inspection the coaches and pillows needed cleaning. The breakfast area was clean and tidy and food was as expected. Make your own waffles, eggs potatoes and sausage. The room was clean and well prepped, but the towels and sheets have seen better days. A simple replacement would do wonders for the rating. Staff was friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable, medium firm. Great budget place to stay near numerous attractions, or short drive to them. Didn't use the pool or fitness room. I also saw pay to use washer and dryer.

Pros:

The staff was very nice 👌

Cons:

It needs an update. There stains on the floor, the panels were coming off. You can't turn the volume up or down on the TV ,the min frig didn't get cold enough
