ROACHES AND DANGEROUS GUESS

Leaving. I liked leaving and going home

Cons:

The group of drunk and high adults in the parking lot who chased me and my kids back to our room. The broken air conditioner that put me in the same level as drunk adults. The roaches in the refrigerator in the room that I was told was water bugs. The dirty lobby that needed to be mopped badly. The torn up lamp shades and lights we couldn't turn on because buttons or nobs were missing. I have videos of the broken air conditioner.

Very dirty and none of the outlets in my room was working which was scary cause i was alone. i called the desk and he said let me call mantience as if it wasn't 12am and never gave me an option to switch rooms... as if that would be easier instead your risking my safety at night i told him no thank you.
Also when it was time to check out i wanted to extend my check out and they said i had to pay $25.00 an hour never heard of that in my life and i been check into a lot of hotels. when 11am came to check out they kept calling me and calling me as if i was still staying in the room i couldn't get 10 mins to gather my belonging defiantly will never book here again i took my money at a 5 star hotel just to get a room and customer service that was needed. terrible

That experience was horrible!
Pros:

I was there for 2 days came down for breakfast and the lady that set up the breakfast asked me if I had a room there like I was trying to get a free meal😡
I am a retired African American woman and I was the only black person in the breakfast room and she only approached me 😡 very racist behavior!

Cons:

Train your staff not to racially profile people

Horrible experience of my life
Pros:

I didn't like anything.

Cons:

Had blood stains on the sheets in one room and in the other room had urine stains. Carpet was filthy and couldn't communicate with housekeeping because neither one of them spoke English. Was not accommodated for the inconvenience of having to change bedding 3-4 times and having to wait until the next day to change rooms.
