The staff was very nice 👌

Cons:

It needs an update. There stains on the floor, the panels were coming off. You can't turn the volume up or down on the TV ,the min frig didn't get cold enough

A safe place
Pros:

I was evacuated from my home in Garden Grove and needed a place to stay with my pets. La Quinta is always my first choice because they allow pets. I chose Hawaiian Gardens location because it was far enough away from the danger zone and close enough to my home. The room was clean and bright and Brian was so kind. It was a safe place to rest and worry.

My room was large and very comfortable

Cons:

The staff refused to give me my cash deposit, the employee in the morning at check out was extremely condescending and not helpful. They passed the excuses around like playing hot potato, just to get told i wasn't getting my deposit. Theifs

Decent price, decent hotel
Pros:

When I booked this hotel in Hawaiian Gardens, I though it would be sketchy because of the location, but it was close to where I needed to be.
The hotel and the room were fine, it didn't feel dirty or bad, but not super clean and tidy. Things seemed to be dated.
For some reason, all 3 days I was there, there were floor fans all over the lobby.
For the price I paid, It worked for me.
