A very enjoyable room, spacious and the bedding very comfortable.
The only thing that we disliked was the waffles and pancakes presented in the breakfast buffet. They seem like leftovers as they didn’t seem fresh and were quite hard.

Almost everything was just perfect, especially the staff. We really enjoyed our stay and mainly extremely helpful front desk, who helped us recover lost tickets to the salt mines and were very helpful and extremely polite in all situations of our stay.
Breakfast was great, restaurant staff polite and helpful, I wanted to experience Polish food, so I got zurek, pierogi and local beer, the food was great, the beer passable, as a hotel guest I even got 10 % discount, which wasn't expected and paid part of a tip. :-)) Over all, it was very pleasant and relaxing stay for us and we would highly recommend stay in this nice, historic hotel.
I have two minor 'complaints' one that first night my wife, who doesn't speak Polish so she didn't watch TV, was disconnected from Wi-Fi too many times, so she couldn't enjoy her streamed movie. Second night it worked flawlessly, maybe fewer connected guests? Second, it wasn't easy to find an entrance, navigation took me to the other side of the property, since we didn't see any obvious signage from the main road. But helpful gate guard explained how to get around and get there from the other side, so we lost only about 5 minutes by this navigation mistake, no big deal.

Great location if you plan visit Wieliczka, only few minutes to get there by foot.

Lokatie is mooi centraal en dicht bij de zoutmijnen. Ligt bij een mooi parkje.
