We had a wonderful stay!! Very great atmosphere and will be coming back. Luis was amazing and very friendly.

Fantastic hotel and staff! Our stay was honestly perfect. Our room was beautiful and extremely clean. They tidied up twice daily. The General Manager, Thomas, was extremely personable. I saw him clean up a room service food order from the hallway. I was impressed by this, because he took it upon himself. He went around the restaurant at breakfast to check in on guests. You can tell he cares about every detail and he hires people who also care. The level of service was outstanding. Everyone made us feel welcome. James in the restaurant was wonderful also! He made breakfast fun daily. The car service was welcoming after long days of walking. We stayed for our anniversary and were greeted with champagne and cookies! It was a lovely gesture.

I travel to Chicago every month for work. I’ve stayed in every nice hotel I don’t know why it took this long to try the Waldorf ! It’s the best luxury hotel in Chicago. Rooms and suites are amazing The vibe is perfect. Staff is great I love the location. It’s the top of all Chicago hotels

The location was fabulous for walking to all the shopping and restaurants. It had excellent staff and facilities.

This is the type of hotel you truly do not want to leave. The staff are all amazing, and friendly. I think one thing I like about this hotel is that even though it is obviously high end, the staff are all very approachable and kind. The spa staff in particular were so friendly and personable and were always interested in where we were going.

My partner and I celebrated our anniversary here, and the concierge went above in beyond, helping us secure a very nice upgrade and some lovely bubbles. They provided me some great ideas for dinner reservations also.

The pool is lovely and came in handy when the weather wasn't so nice. I had an amazing massage at the spa and those facilities are amazing and worth seeking out even if not staying at the hotel.

You have a phone number that you can text throughout your stay and they were always very responsive, nothing was too much trouble. The beds are comfortable and the Aesop amenities are lovely! I will be dreaming of heading back as soon as I am able.

Highly recommend! We celebrated our anniversary here, and the personalized service made it truly unforgettable. From the warm welcome to the excellent guest services, delicious breakfast, and wonderful dinner, every part of our stay was exceptional. The hospitality and attention to detail really stood out. Our stay at Waldorf Astoria Chicago was exceptional from beginning to end, and it made our anniversary trip truly unforgettable.

The service was outstanding across every department. We especially want to recognize Demi Devaux at the front desk. She greeted us with the warmest smile every time we saw her, was incredibly attentive to every request, and always made us feel genuinely cared for. She was also so kind and welcoming to our baby, which meant a lot to our family.

We would also like to thank Luis from and the valet team. He was consistently friendly, professional, and efficient, making every arrival and departure smooth and enjoyable. His positive attitude and excellent service left a wonderful impression.

One of the things that stood out most was the hotel’s attention to detail. We casually mentioned that we were celebrating our anniversary, and the team remembered it throughout our stay, making us feel truly special. Those thoughtful touches are exactly what set a luxury hotel apart.

The property itself is beautiful, elegant, and impeccably maintained. The facilities are excellent, and every staff member we encountered provided genuine hospitality. It is clear that everyone takes pride in creating an exceptional guest experience.

Amazing from the moment we arrived. Deondre checked us in and treated us like family. Our kiddo was traveling with us so they added a note to make the pull out bed at turn down service. Everyone we ce in contact with was top notch, I wish I'd asked for all their names! We enjoyed dinner off property but stopped by the restaurant for a beverage. The bartender was so professional and the bar area was always clean. She made us a drink with the ingredients she had available and it was delicious. Check out was easy and Luis and Christian were our last interactions with the hotel and they were very courteous and helped us get everything to the car. Can't wait for the next time to Chicago.

Got a Gold suite at the Waldorf for a girls night, and the experience was PHENOMENAL. We walked into a pristine, beautiful, huge suite, and was greeted with a beautiful bottle of bubbly and chocolates, and sweet welcoming card. The concierge and staff could not have been more professional, kind, and enthusiastic for our trip. We felt like they really wanted to help make our night memorable, and it was! We enjoyed lovely cocktails at Bernard's (great speakeasy vibe), went out to dinner nearby, and came back and stayed up all night in our cozy bathrobes and enjoyed the city views from our terrace. The next morning, we had AMAZING massages at their beautiful spa, and were treated to bubbly in one of their quiet booths tucked away. Spa was truly standout, with beautiful amenities, we spent so much time there. We also nipped out in the morning for coffee and pastries at the acclaimed Hendrickx Belgian Bread down the street (worth the hype). I would highly recommend the Waldorf Astoria for any special occasion - they will not let you down, and work to make your stay flawless.

Great experience. Went with my son for just a fun 2 day trip. Room was amazing. Views were amazing. Staff was excellent.. Slept great. Quiet. I even said to my mom - if ya need a night away and a good sleep - come down and just relax... Overall it was amazing.... A short walk to the Magnificent Mile....and Oak St a block away.. Enjoyed the strolls and all that came with it!

Go in the winter and get a fireplace suite you will not leave the suite, but if you need to they will take you where you want to go, class is what your get for your hard earned money.

Luis was the best! Took care of us and show us around! Amazing service and great company!

We've stayed on property in the past several times. This visit was equally good if not better. We arrived after a somewhat long and rather emotional day. Driving into the circular motor court here on property was immediately so calming. It just felt like home—but better!

We were greeted warmly as is always the Waldorf Astoria style. The check in process—seamless. A short ride up the elevator and what a pleasure it was to open the front door to our room. Just outstanding.

And so darn quiet. So darn comfortable.

We thank you so kindly for the beautiful accommodations and thank you and the team—from the greeting upon arrival outside to every other touchpoint since. WA is on their game because its team members care about the details. And it shows.

I loved how i came there and everyone was so welcoming and wanted to bring my bags up for me i even left my phone and charger in the car and they were going to bring it up to my room. Room service brought me two separate orders because i ordered the wrong thing and sat the plate down right in front of me. I was on the 25th floor and had the best view ever. 10/10

Last month, I came up for a three-night trip to a beautiful and special reception and dinner. I use a portable electric wheelchair, and I can't explain how much it means for the entire Staff to go above and beyond to ensure your stay is smooth and luxurious.
From the moment I arrived, I was pampered and taken care of by Logan at Concierge and the wonderful staff, including the Valets and Locker room Staff in the spa. Everyone was wonderful. I treated myself to the Spa for an amazing facial by Jay, and the absolute best massages by Jan and Emily. Also, look into their transportation options, it's as dedicated to your comfort as the Hotel and Spa staff is.
