Pros:

Πολύ ήσυχο μέρος, δίπλα στα δικαστήρια και πολύ ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό προσωπικο.

Cons:

Περιορισμένες επιλογές στο πρωινό αλλα όλα τα υπόλοιπα το ισορροπησαν!!

Sehr freundliches Personal.

Frühstück okay. Könnte etwas reichhaltiger sein.
Alles sehr sauber.
Hotel könnte eine Auffrischung gebrauchen.
Die Lage ist ganz gut, wenn man zu Fuß unterwegs ist.

Cons:

Zu weich Matratze - das ist aber Geschmackssache.
Mit dem Auto ist es eine Herausforderung. Sehr enge und überfüllte Straßen. Parkplätze schwer zu finden.

Staff were very friendly . Room was clean and comfortable. Nice hotel. Would book again.

Cons:

Breakfast is very basic but that didn't bother us. One recommendation is that would be nice to have plugs around bed to charge phones.The only plug was behind the TV.

Pros:

we could tell that the hotel altogether may need some renovations, but only in terms of design and forniture. everything worked well, we had no problems, the room was a good size and, despite furniture and utilities being a bit old, we had no problem at all with the toilet or the bed. overall a fair deal for the price paid. it is located a short walk from a very nice, main park of Athens. the breakfast isn't plentiful but still decent and, again, a fair deal for the price we paid.

Balkon, mirna četvrt

Cons:

Kupaona iz drugog svjetskog rata, potrebna hitna renovacija. Soba je bila dosta mala. Lift je jako mali. Doručak za grčke standarde je mogao biti i raznovrsniji. Parking je bio blizu hotela ali ne znam kako tamo stane 20 automobila i kako se izlazi van kada ih ima toliko.

Loved my stay at the Nicola
Pros:

Great location for my needs in a safe local neighborhood witha very friendly staff. Great price, clean room, comfortable bed, and breakfast every morning on site. Also closer to some parks and hills for great views while in nature. I would stay again next time in Athens.

Cons:

Bathroom could use a little paint touch-up and the shower isn't enclosed nor very big. Also, weirdly no real great place to plug in. I usually had to unplug a lamp or the mini fridge to charge my devices at night.
