Ankit (AK) was phenomenal, his service and punctuality was unmatched. He exceeded all of our expectations and met all of our needs. He even brought us heavy cream for our coffee when requested. Great guy!

We LOVED our stay at the Hotel Indigo in Nashville! We came with three couples to celebrate my husband’s 30th birthday, and are so glad that this is the place we picked for the long weekend. The location is great, just at the end of Printer’s Alley, and about 3 blocks from the heart of Broadway. The hotel itself is very charming. It has just enough rustic elegance to be memorable, but is not fussy at all. I’m an IHG Platinum member, and my room got upgraded to a really lovely and spacious corner room, with a very comfortable bed and a big enough seating area to entertain our friends in our room for a while before hitting the town at night.

Best of all was the front desk team! Heather and Andrea were knowledgeable, friendly, and went out of their way to make our stay really special! We can’t imagine staying anywhere else during our future trips to Nashville!

The food was great. AK and Brittany are just amazing. They give the best service ever. Would really recommend this place.

I’ve only checked in an hour ago, and already, service has been excellent. Check in was easy and attentive. We immediately visited the restaurant and the bar service by AK was great. We ordered two cocktails- lemon drop martini and an espresso martini, both of which are our signature drinks whenever we visit a bar while traveling. Both were carefully crafted, delicious. and top-tier. So much so that I had to ask AK the ingredients.

We love the Hotel Indigo, the staff is wonderful. Heather atvthe front desk is outstanding. AK is on top of things in the bar!

Location is just north of the action center within easy walking distance. The food in the restaurant is reasonably priced and tasty. The manager was attentive and concerned. Lodging rooms need some attention—my wife wrote her name in the dust.

Amanda was our server. She was very knowledgeable about the restaurant and the hotel Indigo.
She helped us get exactly what we wanted for breakfast. Very friendly and helped us a tour of the hotel for us.

Very beautiful and people are hospitable from valet to front desk clerk to Amanda, our server for breakfast. Beds are so comfortable and hotel is very clean. Great location. Has yummy food and vibing bar too!

The hotel could include better guidance such as a booklet in the room that explains where things like ice, drink machine, and laundry are. But the hotel was clean and well-styled with an active bar/lounge scene, conveniently located in downtown.

LOVE this hotel. Just a few minute walk from Broadway, so when we’re ready to retire for the night, we finish with a drink in our lobby and get some good sleep. Awesome breakfast to start our day. Live music every night. Great mixed drinks, friendly staff. Definitely will be back.

We stayed for a couple of days, spent some time in the bar and restaurant. Food was delicious and great drinks and whiskey selection. Servers Emma and AK were awesome!

Our friends who we met recommended this property which exceeded our expectations on all fronts. Zach and Lori were amazing hotel staff who exceeded all of our expectations our entire stay. I would highly recommend this property.

We stay at the Indigo Nashville every holiday season for 2 nights and can’t praise this fantastic staff enough!!
We had a mix-up on our reservation and thankfully lovely Heather at the desk happily and efficiently took care of the issue and even she had to go through lots of machinations to make it happen, she fixed it! It’s so nice to see a friendly and familiar face when we check in after a full day of travel. Also want to shout out Andrea at the desk and Steven at the bar.
When you stay at The Indigo Countrypolitan you’re not staying at a hotel, but rather at a wonderful home away from home!! And the rooms are beautiful and the location can’t be beat!! Thank you again Heather, you are special!!
