Great family friendly hotel.
Pros:

Staff very welcoming and child friendly.

Cons:

The main door and side door were both open when we were having dinner in the restaurant. I know it was a warm day both this was at 6pm. My children all had to go back to the room to get a hoodie/jackets.
Other than this all was excellent 😁

Worst i have ever had in my life.
Pros:

Nothing, the worst I have ever been in my life.

Cons:

I have been in 200+ hotels in the last year, this is the worst one and the most expensive one i took.

1) if you think you ever got a bad attitude, think again, the staff in this hotel is a whole new level of being rude. The moment i went in, no one greeted me or told me to wait for someone, i needed to ask how do i check in while none of the receptionists responded to me. The staff added aggressive comments like "this is our job let us do the job" and more,.being super rude with no reason.

2. The shower room has mold, and the shower water goes below the door which makes your whole room filled with water, we asked for someone to come and fix it, and it took more than 10 minutes for someone to come, when they came to fix, they told us to wait in the room while they are fixing instead of putting us in a temporary or a new room for our convience, instead we needed to sit on a bench and watch them fix the shwoer, after they finished, the shower wasnt even fixed and they forced us to stay in the broken room.

3. The price is ridiculous for a hotel that is worse than a 1$ hostel. You don't get any amenities, which is super weird. You just get a bed and a towel.

I will never recommend anyone about Ramada. 0/10 I could.
