Good location ideal for City Airport and Cathedral quarter. Front desk organised early morning taxi
Lovely stay, we had a nice, spacious room with a lovely view.
Clean and bright and fantastic location
Had a nosey next door neighbour so probably thinker walls
3rd time i have stayed here always over for saint Patrick's day

Checking in was prompt, effortless and a gracious welcome from the super professional chap at front desk....front of house manager...maybe called Emmett??
No significant concerns or shortcomings....though the bed mattresses and pillows could be a bit more comfortable
2nd time staying here, I cannot fault this hotel, friendly staff, cleanliness is very good, food and drink also good, comfortable beds, tea, coffee making facilities in the room, we stayed in room 425, had a slight issue with the bathroom door, when we reported it was sorted straight away, good contact with staff. We were even left a box of chocolates in our room after the door was fixed.. which went down a treat.. would definitely recommend staying here, we will be back.. thank you to the staff for all u do.. 👍
We had a good view and the staff were polite and helpful.
The bathroom floor tiles need cleaning up with grout. Nothing to hang towels on. The room was so limited in hanging clothes. Really felt the room was not any more than a couple of stars😢
Ok
The noise in the corridor glasses was left for two or three hours on our table when asked to removed they were very busy they said yes they were chatting behind the bar counter
The location is close to everything we needed
Portion sizes were good
Reception staff were very helpful
For the price the rooms weren’t that nice. And the staff in the restaurant were quite rude, we had to remind server of our orders multiple times. As well as having the older gentleman who I would assume is the restaurant manager being quite rude to us while we were waiting to be seated. Telling us to move out the way. The food also wasn’t the best and with it being quite expansive we expected more but portion sizes were good.
Friendly, helpful staff.
Fantastic location.
Spotlessly clean.
The location
The property we’re supposed to give a late check out
Upon arrival Aparently forgot to charge me £20 for a late check out even through they stated it was complimentary.
On the second night they put a letter through my door only if that wasn’t good enough decided to call me at 11am and wake me up even though I had a late check out so that I could sleep.
When I checked out in a very professional manner making a very valid complaint, I was told I would get a refund only for the hotel manager to call me after i left leaving a voicemail accusing me of being abusive to staff!!! Absolutely not being a security guard myself all i actually did was make a very polite complaint !!
This manager left me a very unprofessional voicemail telling me they were retracting the refund and i wasn’t welcome at the hotel again.
Even though i was made to feel like a common criminal for the sale of £20 worst customer service I have seen in a hotel in my entire life.
If a paying customer cannot make a valid complaint it’s a very sad state of affairs.
I think the receptionist and hotel management clearly need some further training in customer service
