Big stress met by great warmth and relief.
Pros:

I was sort of ‘arranged’ to this hotel which I’ve never been to. My flight was cancelled at the last minute due to technical issues. Although I’m quite a traveller, I must say the tediousness and worries are about to overwhelm me. However, I was treated the best way I could in this hotel. The service was necessary and to-the-point. I was entertained even if my demand was so detailed e.g. phone charging cable and morning call. I always had smiles and warmth in this hotel, levying most of the stress I should have. The next morning, I was treated with a hot and fresh full breakfast buffet. Energised I embarked on my journey back to the airport for my rescheduled return journey.

Perfectly located hotel!
Pros:

Perfectly located hotel! You can walk pretty much everywhere. Great restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets, and the main tourist attractions are all within a 15-minute walk. Plus, the hotel staff is super helpful. Just be aware that if you select the twin bed rooms, the twin bed size in Europe is very small; at 5' 8", this bed was not big enough.

If Carlsberg did hotels ….. it would be the Ramada Belfast
Pros:

Simply faultless! What a fantastic hotel. The staff were amazing and an absolute credit to the hotel, their city and their country! They were so friendly, funny and the genuine care they showed to us made us feel like we were in a home away from home. Every single staff member we encountered was a sheer joy to interact with. Excellent from start to finish, beautiful souls. The hotel location was perfect, the rooms were immaculate, had everything we could have needed or wanted and the breakfast was better than any hotel I have experienced around the world! Genuinely, I wouldn’t even consider staying anywhere else other than this hotel after the fab weekend we had at the Ramada. Well done guys!
