Kurzer Weg in die Innenstadt und zur SSE Arena
Pros:

Gute, zentrale Lage.
Super freundliches Personal!!

Cons:

Die Geräusche auf dem Gang hat man im Zimmer leider gut hören können. Die Türen schlossen auf dem Boden nicht gut ab (man konnte seine Finger durchstecken).
Die Betten waren sehr bequem, nur wenn man sich rumgedreht hat, hat das Bett gequietscht.

Convenient, clean and pleasant
Pros:

We chose this hotel as it was close by to where we needed to be in Belfast, and the location was perfect, in very close walking distance to everything. Check in and out was very quick and easy, staff pleasant, and rooms clean, and there is a bar/lounge/restaurant area for drinks/tea/food. There was also tea and coffee making facilities in the room and you are given a snack bag with water, crisps and chocolate!

Cons:

It is a basic room, no frills, but this was expected. Still pricey for basic room, but Belfast is expensive. We parked at St Annes Car Park, and it hotel should give a parking discount as most other hotels in Belfast do this.

AMAZING cannot wait to go back!
Pros:

The staff are incredible! I have stayed in many hotels and i dont think i have ever experienced customer service like it. At check in, at breakfast, in the bar they were all amazing! They were also able to place a happy birthday card and voucher in the room for my brother which was great.

Cons:

We were both put in disabled rooms, this was a little uncomfortable as the sink was really low. We also asked for twin rooms at check in which was not possible, so me and my mum had to share a bed and my dad and brother did the same.

Lovely hotel
Pros:

1st time staying here Staff polite. Room comfortable & clean. Breakfast fantastic plenty of choice. Well set out.

Cons:

Room was a bit too warm but turned of radiator and used the fan (which was quiet) to cool the room down. Need better ceiling lights. Only one coming into room on ceiling and lights beside bed. Theres plenty of room for a light above bed.

Would recommend and stay here again - Great!
Pros:

The location of this hotel is perfect and recommend to anyone visiting Belfast - walking distance from shopping area and loads of bars and restaurants. The airport bus stops 10min walk from here and you can walk to the titanic quarter from here in 20 mins or so.
The room is a good size with fab facilities and the bed was comfy. Bathroom a good size with a great shower
Staff are really helpful and friendly.
Great value for money

Cons:

My friend and i both walked in to the corners of the beds a few times ouch, so watch out for that if you are staying in a twin room.
Our tea & coffee was not replenished during our stay
Only these small things though everything else was fab thanks :)

Great property in central Belfast. We loved staying here for a night in transit to Coleraine. They had a yummy breakfast that was 13pounds each.

Estremamente accogliente e caloroso, il bar sempre aperto è una grandissima aggiunta, lo staff è cordiale e preciso.
La stanza era grande, confortevole e dotata di tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno.

Short but good
Pros:

Although I only stayed for
One night it was amazing! So centric very convenient for every direction you wanted to go! Staff was so nice and the bar and food was nice as well. Will be staying beee again if possible.

I could hear every other room around me but other than that!
