Hotels ist top, Ruhe sollte man wo anders suchen
Pros:

Hotel ist super. Lage direkt am Lift auf die Planai. Frühstück ist sehr gut und modern, so dass auch bei Unverträglichkeiten für jeden etwas dabei ist.

Cons:

Man sitzt mitten in der Apres-Ski Schneise. Die Fenster sind nicht gerade top gegen Lärm. Also ist es auch im Zimmer laut wenn draußen in der Tenne und den umliegenden Bars die Post abgeht. Das war manchmal bissl lästig. Am Samstag gilt in der Schneise höchste eskalationsstufe. Überall auf der Straße liegt kaputtes Glas usw. Aber dafür kann das Hotel nichts.

Best location for skiing, basic rooms, great staff
Pros:

Awesome location right by the gondola. The staff was super friendly, the breakfast buffet was great and the rooms were basic but clean. Parking garage right under the hotel and the spa area was much bigger than I thought with a great rooftop sauna, steam room and large relax room.

Cons:

I wish there was a fridge in the room. We got a great price as we travelled towards the very end of the ski season. If you travel in peak season I'm sure it's much more expensive, but if you're fine with a basic room at the best location possible then I can totally recommend this hotel!
