Just the best experience ever...
Pros:

Just a really great experience. From the moment we walked in the staff was juat extremely nice and very helpfull. The room is sparkling clean and cosy. Again a big thank you to the whole staff..we interacted woth at least 7 or 8 people and all i couldn't aay which one was the nicest.
The location is perfect , the breakfast ia the best we had so far in our month trip.

Excellent hotel, best location. Great restaurant on the premises with awesome breakfast. Home made yogurt is a must try.

Service and amenities exceeded expectations on all levels. Champagne at the reception is a nice touch. I would definitely stay there again and recommend to others.

Pros:

Stayed at this property 3 previous times in St.Pete and would stay there again. Location can’t be beat being 2 steps away from Metro and right on Nevsky Prospect. Rooms are nice and quiet and staff is pleasant and accommodating. This time skipped breakfast at the hotel as there are so many great options around. Due to location there is a great variety of dinner options within walking distance as well. Will stay here again next time.

Amazing place, perfect location, beautiful, clean and very comfortable suite with separate (by curtain) bederoom , bath (jacuzzi), coffeemaker and minibar. Friendly and helpful staff, tasty breakfast and an overall nice atmoshere. Highly recommended. Thank you!

Pros:

For those who were born during that time it's a great place to go back in time and have a nostalgic moment.
For their children it's a great place to learn about their parents and their lifestyle during Soviet times.
For those who never experienced it it's a great place to feel the atmosphere of that era.

Conveniently located, not expensive and you wouldn't need to spend hours in the museum.

In short - it's a great place!

Pros:

The hotel is locate in Nevsky street and not that far from the main city attractions. Staff are very friendly and responsive. The hotel provide complementary tea and coffee at any time and their buffet breakfast is really good. The only minor issue is the elevator. The hotel reception is located in the 1st floor and you can get the elevator there. You have to use the satires to get to the reception unless you go to the car park and get the lift from the car park.

Pros:

I booked originally the studio. That section was under renovation, and the room was upgraded to the lux room. We were very pleased with the upgrade. The room was very quite, clean and spatious ( for two adults and a child). We enjoyed very much. The brekfast was gereat, very good choices.

Pros:

We stayed in one of the apartments, which has nice kitchen, washer & extra space. The hotel is on the busiest street in StP. But the apartment complex is inside of the gate and did not hear any noise at all. The hotel is located next to Metro station but it's walkable to anywhere, Hermitage, Moscow Sta, etc. The hotel staffs are very helpful :)
