Leuk om in zo'n letter te slapen maar daar blijft het dan ook bij

Wat een locatie!!!!
We logeerden in de 'loft letter B', wat een coole kamer.. En het uitzicht over het water, top!
Met de veerpont overzetten van Centraal station naar Botel, supermakkelijk en redelijk vlot..

Cons:

Letter B is leuk als je een skater bent of een gezin met kinderen, maar wat een steil trapje om aan je bed te geraken.. Van het tussenverdiepje hadden ze ook iets veel leukers en gezelligers kunnen maken, bijvoorbeeld daar een kleine zithoek met keukentje om dan de kleine badkamer wat uit te breiden.
Het personeel was wel vriendelijk, maar niet zo hartelijk als je van Nederlanders gewend bent..
De boot was ook een heel raar gegeven, het zat vol Oekrainers..
We hadden kamer met ontbijt genomen, bij het inchecken niet heel duidelijk uitleg gekregen daarover. Kom je 's morgens toe, zie je een grote zaal met buffet zoals menig hotel, ohnee jullie mogen aan de gele tafel voor het lint plaatsnemen. De keukendame komt vragen wat je wil voor ontbijt, wat maar heel povertjes was voor het bedrag dat je betaalde! De gehele zaal met ontbijtbuffet was enkel voor de Oekrainers.. Het Duitse koppel naast ons vond het ook maar raar!!

Ich habe mir einen Traum erfüllt und eine Nacht zu zweit im Letter E gebucht.
Die Unterkunft ist außergewöhnlich und ein Erlebnis.
Tolle Aussicht aufs Wasser.

Nice but could not use as intended

Beautiful theme and clean property.

Cons:

We stayed in letter E where the main facilities of this attraction was the hot tub and big projector overlooking the room. Yet, the wifi was not working and the projector could not be use as paid and intended for. Evening shift could also not assist as they had no backup available to resolve or check this problem. Beds are comfy and soft. Pillows were quite stiff so had to go without.

Fun room very quiet

The B room was so fun with the skate half pipe and the bed was so judge with the see on Amsterdam central.

Mucho ruido en las instalaciones o alrededores, desde las 8 am aspirando el domingo o reparaciones en la calle aledaña. La almohada podría ser más cómoda

The experience at the Botel was highly disappointing and I cannot recommend it to anyone. While the location itself is good, numerous issues made the stay extremely poor.
Key Issues:
Arrival & Access: There was no place to drop luggage in front of the hotel (Botel).
Room Misrepresentation: The rooms looked nothing like the pictures shown online.
Cleanliness & Value:
The towels provided were extremely dirty.
The bed was also dirty.
The overall value was terrible; the condition was so bad I wanted to leave immediately upon seeing the room.
Disturbing Incident: Upon our initial arrival, a staff member gave us the key to our room. When we opened the door at 12:00 AM, we discovered other guests were already inside the room. They apologized and provided another room and key.
Noise & Safety Concerns:
The wind caused the entire loft to move and the windows whistled non-stop, preventing us from sleeping.
The door kept banging due to the wind. A staff member suggested opening the window, placing a towel, and closing it again—a fix that he tried himself, but which did not work.
The "idea of the room on letters" concept is nice, but I would never stay here again.
