Good but needs improvement on room preparation before guest arrives.
Pros:

When we arrived some things like toilet cleaning, exhaust were not working properly, and didn't look same as pic on Google maps or hotel booking websites. Tbh rooms were very small and charge per day is quite high for the size of room given with no chair. Bathroom smelled a bit.

Pros:

One night stay in their mono / single bed room . Checkin was late nite and very smooth . Staff was very co operative . Breakfast spread was limited but good quality. Location right close to metro line as well as SAP and other corporate offices . I would rate high for business travellers whose office location is the vicinity .

A Comfortable Stay with Excellent Service

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very nice, clean, and well maintained, which made my stay comfortable and relaxing. The staff was extremely polite, helpful, and good-natured, always ready to assist with a smile. The services provided were also excellent and well organized. Hospitality at Ginger Whitefield
Pros:

This was a great experience of hospitality at Ginger. Romjan Hussain was of great help. He personally ensured that we were served well. He got to know of our tast during the 6 days that we spent.

Near to metro station , near by food place, you can visit many places through metro

The service during the breakfast was awesome.. food was good you add more options in the menu

Cons:

Room service ... very slow we ordered the cutlery and it arrived after giving 5 reminders . Hope next time you will improve the service

I had a very good experience at Ginger Hotel Whitefield.
Pros:

Shamin, who works in the Housekeeping department, provided excellent service. He maintained very good cleanliness, was polite, and spoke very nicely, which made my stay comfortable.

I would also like to appreciate Ramzan Hussain from the Restaurant team for his excellent service during dinner. He served the food very well and was attentive and courteous.

Overall, my experience was excellent, and I will definitely visit Ginger Hotel Whitefield again.

Decent place for the location.
Pros:

Convenient location for me

Cons:

Customer service could be better.
The lift was out of action when I arrived and there was no back up lift- I had to move my son to a relatives house as he was recovering from an injury and could not climb 2 flights.
The ‘gym’ is a joke.
