Best front desk team ever
Pros:

Hands down to the front desk team, the evening and morning guys. Extremely helpful and caring in every detail. I travel a lot (I am very blessed for it) and I also work in the travel industry, and I will say it was the best front desk team I ever met.
I was supposed to go back on the 5th but due to the issues in the refiywe left the country sooner than expected, and we receiya full refund right away (it was non-refundable). Definitely I will book again when coming back to Jordan, which I will. Great people in a beautiful country
