Location is great, but rooms need renovation
Pros:

Location: Excellent. Very central and close to everything you need.

Staff: Helpful, cooperative, and polite.

Cons:

Rooms & Furniture: The hotel needs renovation. The furniture and mattress felt old and worn out.

Air Conditioning: The AC struggles. Even at maximum power, it only makes the room moderately cool. During a heatwave, it would be difficult.

Cleanliness: Room cleaning is done daily, but the standard is only average. Towels, pillowcases, and the mattress are usually not bright white and sometimes have stain marks.

In-room amenities: The minibar in the room is just a thermal cooler; it doesn't actually refrigerate.

Uyku Kalitesi: Yataklar ve yastıklar inanılmaz rahat, otel genel anlamda temiz ve sessizdi.

Oda Olanakları: Duşta suyun sıcaklığı ve tazyiki (debisi) tek kelimeyle kusursuzdu. Asansörler çok hızlı ve sorunsuz, Wi-Fi bağlantısı oldukça güçlüydü. Ayrıca en başta talep ettiğimiz gibi sigara içilmeyen bir oda verilmiş olması güzeldi.

Harika Personeller: Otelin personeli sanki "Yin ve Yang" gibi ikiye ayrılmış, iyi olanlar gerçekten muazzam! Resepsiyondaki Çeçen Muhammet inanılmaz insancıl, yardımsever ve harika biri; bir ihtiyacınız olursa mutlaka onu bulun. Odalara bakan erkek temizlik görevlisi inanılmaz iyi niyetli ve elinden gelenin en iyisini yapıyor; ne istediysek (havlu, peçete vs.) anında temin etti. Restoranda sürekli koşturan ve canla başla çalışan yönetici de büyük takdiri hak ediyor.

Gizli Omlet İstasyonu: Kahvaltıda eğer şans eseri o çok uzaktaki ocağı bulabilirseniz, harika omlet yapıyorlar! (Diğer misafirler için tüyo: Yönlendirme tabelası yok, uzaktaki ocağa gidip kendiniz isteyin).

Cons:

Karşılama ve Giriş (Check-in): Otele girişimizi yapan resepsiyon görevlisi (otelin Yin tarafı) bize adeta "burada ne işiniz var" der gibi bakıyordu. Rezervasyonda eşimin bekarlık soyismi ile benimki yer değiştirmiş ve bizi sistemde bulamadılar. İşlemler asık bir suratla zar zor halledildi.

Havasız Oda: Sigara içilmeyen oda olmasına rağmen oda kısmen sigara kokuyordu. Bunun en büyük nedeni odanın tamamen kapalı bir akvaryum gibi olması. Dışarı açılabilen tek bir pencere veya temiz hava alabileceğiniz aktif bir havalandırma sistemi yok. Soğutma sistemi var ve çalışıyor ama onun da derece ayarı kesinlikle ayar değil.

Banyo Tasarımı ve Temizlik Detayları: Banyo küçük ve nispeten bakımsızdı. Duşakabinin zemin eğimi yanlış (giderin tam tersi yöne) yapılmış, suyun akıp gitmesi için ciddi efor sarf ediyorsunuz. Havalandırma süper sessiz çünkü çekiş gücü yok denecek kadar az. Duş başlığı paslı ve kirliydi. Duşakabin sürgülü camının mekanizma raylarında iğrenç bir kir birikmişti. Ufak temizlik dokunuşları oteli çok kötü yorumlardan kurtarabilir.

Personel Eksikliği ve Kirli Havlu: Temizlik personeli çok iyi olsa da iş yükü inanılmaz fazla. Bu yüzden 6 günlük konaklamamız boyunca çarşaflarımız/nevresimlerimiz bir kez bile değiştirilmedi. Ayrıca gelen havlulardan birinde mide bulandırıcı bir leke vardı (dış yıkama firmasının suçu olabilir ama kontrol edilmeli).

Bozuk Eşyalar: Odadaki elektronik kasa çalışmıyordu, bildirdik "geleceğiz" dediler ama kimse gelmedi, eşyalarımızı resepsiyona bıraktık bir seferliğine. Odadaki mini buzdolabı çalışmıyordu ve resepsiyon "tüm otelde durumun böyle olduğunu" söyledi. (Tüyo: Soğuk su içmek isterseniz bardan büyük bir kova buz alıp sularınızı içine koyabilirsiniz).

Kahvaltı Kalitesi: Kahvaltı çeşitliliği zayıf ve kullanılan ürünlerin kalitesi artırılmalı. Haşlanmış yumurtaların içi aşırı kaynamaktan mosmor olmuştu.
