Accogienza poco professionali….per 20 minuti di ritardo e ripeto 20 minuti hanno fatto pagare una penale di 100! Camere pulite ma professionalità pari a 0

Fine settimana di cibo e cultura a Padova.
Pros:

La posizione in zona tranquilla, abbastanza vicina al centro, il personale disponibile e gentile, la possibilità di prenotare il parcheggio a 50 metri dall’albergo, la colazione con dolci e salati. La stanza era carina e il letto comodo, il bagno grande con doccia chiusa.

Cons:

Avrei voluto due cuscini ma ce n’era solo uno e duro.

Vriendelijk, behulpzaam, professioneel personeel

Cons:

1 keer van kamer moeten ruilen omdat er geluidsoverlast (airco unit van het hotel) was bij de 1e kamer. Dit werd direct opgelost door mij een andere kamer te geven .
