Pros:

L'hotel è in una posizione ottimale per raggiungere il centro città.
Lo staff è stato molto disponibile, gentile e cordiale, veramente bravi e accoglienti.
La camera era molto spaziosa.
C'è un bel giardino e la possibilità di parcheggiare all'interno.

Cons:

Ho trovato la stanza non proprio pulita. C'era molta polvere, soprattutto sotto al letto, e anche il bagno aveva dei capelli per terra.
Mi è dispiaciuto.

Una vista strepitosa! Accogliente, personale collaborativo. Parcheggio interno, tutto molto comodo

Pros:

Comodo parcheggio e ottima posizione per raggiungere a piedi il centro.

Cons:

Pulizia da migliorare (soprattutto sotto il letto) e stanza da ammodernare soprattutto il bagno, doccia scomoda.

Pros:

lo staff molto cordiale soprattutto la ragazza che è alla reception che è stata molto gentile. la colazione è stata ottima e abbondante. la posizione è ottimale perché a circa un quarto d’ora a piedi dalla piazza principale essendo che poi inizia la ztl.

Cons:

la camera nella quale ho soggiornato ha dei evidenti problemi di muffa e i sanitari andrebbero sostituiti. la camera abbastanza grande con letti comodi.

Very unsafe place to stay

It’s very unsafe to stay in this hotel, never book this place. occasionally i left the keys inside the room , when i came back at midnight the hotel didn’t respond my calls by phone, the booking support also didn’t reply my phone calls, and finally not to sleep outside I had to book another hotel, nobody neither begged me pardon, no returned back the money I spent for the night I was not able to use. This hotel doesn’t have any heating on, so you will feel frozen in winter. The breakfast is terrible . No cleaning in the room , even don’t provide you toilet paper. And when I checked-in there was rubbish in the room
The owner and the manager of the hotel are very impolite persons that can’t speak well with the guests . They say that it’s my fault that I left the keys in the room. Being back to the hotel I spent 6 hours waiting when my room with the luggage will be open, so I was not able to participate the event I came for and nobody compensated this to me. Never faced such terrible experience before, think that any hostel probably provide the service better. At least any other hotel will keep you safe, and not unsafe. It’s a pity that in this situation booking com was not guarantee for me, as the support of booking replied that everything is the hotel fault , but why booking doesn’t provide safety for the customers ?

Assolutamente consigliato
Pros:

Mi è piaciuto tutto.
A pochi passi da una delle porte di entrata dal centro di Siena
Comodo parcheggio gratuito dentro la struttura
Colazione dolce e salata
Personale accogliente

Cons:

Ho preso una matrimoniale economy ,la stanza era spaziosa , il bagno confortevole con grande doccia,
molte stampelle nell'armadio , unica pecca, mancava un piccolo tavolino
per metterci sopra il computer , c'era sia la presa e lo spazio per poterlo mettere.
