Wir kommen gerne wieder
Pros:

Frühstüc-, ausreichend, immer frische Backwaren, Kuchen, Obst...Personal sehr zuvorkommend.

Pros:

Ailemle beraber yaptığım Viyana ziyaretimde misafir olduk. Otelin en önemli özelliği konumu. Gezilmesi gereken yerlere yürüyüş mesafesinde (schönbrunn sarayı hariç). Kahvaltı dahil aldık odamızı ve çok memnun kaldık.

Camera grande, colazione molto buona, personale gentile.

Cons:

Manca un frigo bar, ma basta mettere quel che vuoi raffreddare tra le due finestre (febbraio) e si raffreddano come nel frigo.

Pros:

There was a morning when we were having the breakfast, a young boy has accidentally dropped something on the floor while he was taking food from the plates and the local host had a loud and harsh reaction in front of everybody, something related to a certain age when kids are not allowed do get the food by themselves, the parents were supposed to do it. A tourist would not known such house rules if they were not discussed in advance

The room was super small, the beds and locker were using 90% of the space

Pros:

La ubicación, el buffet libre, el personal, las indicaciones para hacer el self check in, la habitación, que aunque parecía más pequeña en fotos me sorprendió que fuese grande la verdad. Estaba bien para tres personas que eramos la verdad. La cama no estaba mal. Y relación calidad precio muy bien. Esta todo impecable de limpio y estuvimos dos noches y nos vinieron a canviar las sabanas y a limpiar cosa que se agradece ya que hay hoteles que no lo hacen. Era bastante mas grande el hotel de lo que esperábamos. Está todo super bien insonorizado y no se escucha nada de nada. Así que se agradece mucho. También se agradece que tanto la puerta de entrada al hotel como la puerta de la habitación sea la misma llave para no tener que llevar 80 y que ya incluya la placa con el número de habitación. Nunca me había encontrado con un hotel que cerrara la recepción a las 18h, pero si que es verdad que no es problema en absoluto ya que es muy fácil acceder a la hora que quieras por tu propio pie y hacer tu mismo el check in, sin tener que depender de retrasos en aviones, trenes, etc. Sin duda lo recomiendo. El buffet esta muy bien. Es completito, no ponen variación de un dia a otro pero tampoco es necesario en mi opinión. Recomiendo al 100%.

Cons:

A ver hay que decir que el hotel es bastante viejo. Eso a priori se sabe, pero sobretodo sorprende cuando ves la distribución y el ascensor de los años 80. Aunque estuvo gracioso. Pero muy bien. Si que es verdad que el acceso a las habitaciones da un poco de mal royo sobretodo si llegas a la noche. Las instalaciones se nota que son antiguas y el mobiliario mas. Hace demasiada calor, tienen la calefacción demasiado alta y la "almohada" es muy incómoda, y pongo "almohada" por que eso no es una almohada es un cojin. Y bueno esto no se puede hacer nada para cambiarlo, pero si que es verdad que gracias a dios que el primer día vinimos en taxi por que desde fuera no parece un hotel. Pero tampoco es algo malo, pero si algo a tener en cuenta para cuando lleguéis.
