Pros:

Très bien situé. Propre. Magnifique patio. Personnel adorable

Cons:

Un peu déçue par les chambres pour un Parador : mobilier un peu défraîchi, pas de dentifrice, ni brosses à dents, pas de petit kit café, Tisane, thé avec bouilloire et insonorisation insuffisante de la cloison séparation entre 2 chambres côté TV que l'on entend d'une chambre à l'autre

Overall a pleasant hotel but the bedrooms in particular the bathrooms need to be updated.
Pros:

Lovely lobby and seating area downstairs.

Cons:

Rooms are a bit dated. Particularly the bathroom. Needs to be upgraded. Mould around base of shower door. Old shower head was leaky.

Pros:

Beautiful lounge area and building.

Cons:

This is a four Star hotel with 2 star service.
We had to hunt for staff to get a drink, and food in the bar area. Even thou we had paid for breakfast if we wanted a hot breakfast we had to pay extra for it.
