Could have been better
Pros:

Pretty decent hotel I'll say. And the dinning staff are quite friendly.

Arrived late (due to transport delay) with my family and a few other friends who also came with theirs (5 families). Although we contacted the hotel while awaiting our transport to inform them we would be arriving late, and pleading if they could set out a little snack for us as we were travelling with children and stores would be closed at our time of arrival, no such provision was made for us. It was disheartening especially considering that I was heavily pregnant and extremely thirsty on arrival, I wasn't even given a cup of water.

The second con was that the out door pools were freezing cold and were not heated, they have no indoor pools.
Thirdly : Breakfast lacked flavour and variety, felt like a bland repetition.
Lastly: Although I applaud the entertainment team for their hard work, I believe they could benefit from employing and english translator as I noticed during my stay that a good amount of their guests were english speaking and they mostly (including children) felt left out during entertainment evenings.

Pros
1. Food - specifically lunch and dinner especially the salads were spot on. Breakfast as mentioned before was a huge flop.
2. Dinning Staff: super friendly
3. The shower, no hot/cold water fluctuation.
4: DIY kit provided (needle and thread) was super useful.

The rest I'd say were satisfactory, such as hotel location, cleanliness and distance to town.

Cons:

Trop de bruit, enfants qui courent et crient dans le couloir. Pas assez de transats à la piscine. Le matelas inconfortable ressort du lit dans le dos.

Satisfechos y contentos. Nos lo recomendaron. Y, ciertamentes merecedor de recomendación a terceros.
Pros:

La cocina. Buen nivel de cocina; quizá con alguna verdura más. La partida de repostería es muy buena, al nivel de la excelencia.
Críticas a la sala: eliminaría la zona infantil; porque parece hacer de menos a lo ofrecido alli.
Crítica a los pescados: buena calidad y razonable hechura; pero desacierto en el corte.
Paellas: en mi opinión se sobrepasa el nivel de las paelleras: ya sé que no es un Restaurante, sino un buffet de Hotel; pero observen que tienen más aprecio las fideuás.
Se echa en falta la posibilidad de hacer los croissants a la plancha.

Cons:

Dos ascensores para unas 300 habitaciones es muy escaso, en las horas críticas de comidas y baño; aunque la disposición del edificio no lo propicia.
Una de las salas de televisión, por su poco uso, debería ser habilitada como sala de lectura, o trabajo, con mesas; sobre todo porque las habitaciones no tienen mesa de escritorio.
Aunque se pone bastante atención por las limpiadoras en mantener el suelo seco, en planta baja se debería delimitar una zona de circulación para pies y calzado mojado.

Breve, agradable
Pros:

La ubicación, aunque la playa es pequeña en ese sitio y hay que moverse, aunque eso no es problema del Hotel.

Cons:

La comida está bien, pero he estado en sitios con más variedad y comida más sana.
El parking del coche, es caro para lo que es, ya que el coche, se "guarda" en un terreno de tierra.
