Disappointed
Pros:

The hotel is lovely but I didn’t get the room I wanted, not sure whose fault but was so disappointed as I’m travelling solo and the view is the most important part of my planning as I spend evenings on the balcony.
When I realised I made several attempts to upgrade so far to no avail even though when checking on booking.com and loveholidays there has been availability. I am told when I go to reception to try at 10am in the morning for availability by which time the rooms are not available until the next day and so the saga goes on and on.
Today I explained this to reception and was told I already had a good room.
This might not seem a big issue to some but it has ruined my holiday and has left me in tears with frustration with the rudeness non understanding and lack of willingness to help. I am happy to pay the extra but the hotel just doesn’t seem to want to help or care.
I am still here and have been to reception, sent emails and filled out a survey and they are just brushing me off.
I see from some of their responses to negative reviews that if they were aware they could have done something but they are very aware of my issues and are choosing to do nothing.
I haven’t eaten at hotel even though I actually thought my deal included breakfast so can’t comment on that.
Housekeeping is great and the location is fantastic for the beach etc just feel so let down with customer service

Great experience!
Pros:

A brilliant hotel, right on the beach front. The rooms are clean, staff are very friendly and helpful. The food is really good, and plenty of variety. I will definitely be returning. A great price, for a great hotel in a great location.

Room was tiny for 4 of us, not located in Cambrills closer to Salou. Lacked variety at meal times.

I loved how close we were to the ⛱️ beach

Cons:

I didn't like the fact that we couldn't hire beach towels. I didn't like that we didn't have coffee tea making facilities in our room.

Pros:

Great location! Directly on the beach, clean, no sunbed wars, food was decent we were full board but only ate in the hotel twice due to the long waits for a table

Pros:

Nous avons eu la surprise d avoir une chambre avec 2 pièces 2 salles de bain un coin salon. Une chambre immense avec une séparation entre les 2 grand lits.
La oiscine est super, vue sur la mer, des animations un coins jeux pour enfants. Les repas étaient super, nous avions la pensions compète.

Cons:

Le seul bémol je dirais le parking à 13,50e par jour, tres difficile de se garer ailleurs
