booking m'arnaque sur le prix, la clim ne marchait pas et la chambre était sale.
Pros:

Le personnel, la piscine, le petit déjeuné.

Cons:

La climatisation ne marchait pas, le sol de la chambre était sale.
je ne suis pas satisfait de booking, on m'a annoncé une réduction de 30%, passant la chambre à 166€ au final la chambre valait 120€. C'est la dernière fois que j'utilise Booking.

Good location, would go again.
Pros:

Staff was really friendly, location was good. Room was basic but totally worth the money. There is also a huge supermarket right next corner which was amazing since the breakfast offered by the hotel was (sorry) but terrible. The pool area was amazing!

Cons:

The breakfast cost 16€ and was wort max 8€. They offered nothing fresh. No fruit, no feshly baked pastries(at least mine was really dry), nothing fresh.

Toplage, nicht luxuriös
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Strand. Das ist an der Cote d´Azur selten, normalerweise ist immer eine Straße oder die Bahnlinie dazwischen. Direkt gegenüber ist ein Supermarkt, ein Burgerking und die Buslinie 622, die einen in 25min zum Flughafen Nizza bringt. Der Flughafen Nizza ist 12km entfernt, wenn der Wind ungünstig steht hört man die startenden Maschinen. Es gibt in der Anlage einen Boccia (= Boule, Pétanque) Platz und sehr viele grüne Wiesen. Am Strand gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants und Bars, alles bequem zu fuß erreichbar. Von dem her ist die Lage sehr gut. Das Hotel wird sauber geführt und verfügt über einen großen Parkplatz (EUR 10,00 pro Tag). Die Rezeption ist 24h (!) lang besetzt. In der Lobby ist ein Snackautomat. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert gut, ebenso das WLAN und das Wasser im Bad ist sofort heiß. TV funktioniert gut. Der Pool ist sehr schön, das Wasser klar und sauber und direkt am Strand gelegen, das Wasser ist in etwa 26 Grad warm (je nach Jahreszeit). Der Pool ist nicht beheizt, der Poolbereich verfügt über Duschen und WC. Das Wasser wird ab ca. Oktober ausgelassen und im April neu befüllt. Ganz in der Nähe gibt es ein Wellnesszentrum mit Indoorpool, dort kann man tagsüber gegen Entgelt baden und sich in der Saunawelt erholen. Sonnenliegen im Poolbereich sind ausreichend vorhanden. Dem Gast "Marco" 3 Rezessionen weiter möchte ich widersprechen: ja, es gibt ein Tor vom Pool direkt zum Strand. Dieses ist aber entgegen seiner Behauptung sehr wohl zum Öffnen, der elektronische Öffner ist links an der Seite des Tores (nicht leicht zu finden) und lässt sich mit der Zimmerkarte öffnen. Also nein: man muss nicht außen herum laufen. Erstaunlich, dass das nicht mal das Hotelpersonal wusste?

Cons:

Das Hotel ist in einer Wohnhausanlage eingebettet, es hat einen eigenen Eingang mit Lobby und Frühstücksraum, in den anderen Trakten mit ebenfalls eigenen Eingängen wohnen Wohnungseigentümer. Die meisten Zimmer gehen in den Hof und haben keinen Ausblick und keine Terrasse, nur die wenigen Zimmer an der Außenseite haben einen Balkon mit Blick auf den Parkplatz und die Hauptstraße Richtung Westen, die aber nicht wirklich laut ist, bzw. Richtung Meer. Es wurde 1986 errichtet und ist in die Jahre gekommen, es ist modern aber eben nicht am letzten Stand der Technik. Das Frühstück ist sein Geld nicht wert (EUR 16,00), es gibt alles, was man braucht, die Eierspeise ist lauwarm, der Kaffee ist ein Schlabber. Wer einen unspektakulären Urlaub machen möchte ist dort gut aufgehoben, luxuriös ist es nicht.

Hotel piacevole nei pressi della spiaggia, camere pulite, un po' piccole. Ha un bel parcheggio non compreso nel costo della camera e una piscina aperta anche a chi non è ospite dell'hotel.
Complessivamente un soggiorno adeguato
