Séjour rapide, fun et agréable
Pros:

J’ai apprécié la piscine la salle de sport et le sauna dans l’établissement, également sa proximité avec les transports publics, et le personnel.

Cons:

Je n’ai pas apprécié le faite que la couverture de mon ami, soit sale il a du aller la changer à la réception. Je trouvais aussi que la disposition des lits était bizarre. (Pour le 3 ème lits )

In periferia ma comodo coi mezzi.

Ottima posizione con i mezzi, compresi nella tariffa dell'hotel, che portano in centro in 10'. In reception un operatore parlava italiano.

Cons:

Frigo in camera non abbastanza fresco. Troppo alto il costo della colazione a meno che pranzi alle 8... Letto singolo scomodo, si sentiva la rete sotto, materasso sottilissimo.

Okay stay, but room needs improvement

The location was alright, and parking was easy with spaces available both in front of the hotel and in the garage.

The breakfast selection was extremely limited, especially compared with what I would normally expect from a hotel of this standard.

We stayed in a family room, and one of the biggest issues was the lighting in the main connecting hallway. The light could not be completely switched off, which was very inconvenient when travelling with small children. We also couldn’t simply close both bedroom doors at night, as we needed to be able to hear the children if they woke up or needed us. In the end, my husband and I had to split up, with each of us sleeping in a separate room with one child.

The room itself also felt quite outdated and could definitely use some renovation. Most disappointing was finding what appeared to be dried mucus on the wall, which was quite disgusting and made us question the cleanliness of the room.

Great rooms, location and staff, just plan on parking elsewhere if you have a large vehicle

Great location and wonderful staff. The family room was perfect for our group of four, providing privacy and comfort. The restaurant was delicious, too

Cons:

The parking garage is very tight- the smallest I’ve experienced in Europe so far. My SUV ended up scraped, despite my two years of experience driving the tight spaces around Europe.

Mieliśmy podwójny pokój z dwoma łazienkami. Dla naszej rodziny świetne rozwiązanie. Czysto i wygodnie. Bardzo miły personel. Świetna lokalizacja zaraz obok przystanku tramwajowego. Tramwajem w kilka minut można dojechać do centrum. Niedaleko również jest kładka z której można skakać do rzeki.

EXCELLENT
Pros:

The hotel is excellent! Outside the city center which means, it is quiet. We used the tram (gratis) to get to the center of Bern, only 4 stops! The staff was very helpful!
