Great value for money, small let down
Pros:

The location was very good, being adjacent to the Bahnhof, and the complementary free travel pass across Bern was very kind to be provided as well. The Wi-Fi was consistently strong, and the staff were very respectful and patient.

Cons:

Unfortunately in our room multiple things did not work - numerous outlets failed to work, and the fan was weak as well, which was problematic as it was sweltering in Bern at the time. One of our kettles did not work too, making morning coffee a little difficult, even though we had two rooms.

In der Nacht war leider immer wieder der Wassereinlauf für den WC-Spülkasten zu hören plus die WC-Spülung des Nachbarn

Mie haven di praktische Lage in der Nähe des Bahnhofs, das sehr freundliche Personal, die Sauberkeit und das Frühstück besonders gut gefallen.

Cons:

Ich habe im August hier übernachtet und es war sehr heiss . Das Hotel hat keine Klimaanlage, und der bereitgestellte kleine elektrische Ventilator hat nicht funktioniert
