Mi è piaciuto tutto! La camera era spaziosa, luminosa e comoda, con un ampio bagno! Quello che mi è piaciuto di più è stata la cordialità e l'accoglienza di Petra e Lukas alla reception: hanno fatto di tutto per soddisfare una mia richiesta particolare! Grazie di cuore!

A wonderful stay in the heart of Prague, with a fantastic location and exceptionally friendly and helpful staff!
Pros:

I had a wonderful three-night stay at Hotel Černý Slon. The location was excellent, right next to Old Town Square and within easy reach of Prague's main attractions.

My room was clean and well-maintained, with a very comfortable bed. The bathroom had both a bath and shower, which worked perfectly, and there was also a safety deposit box operated by a key. Breakfast was lovely, with plenty of options to choose from.

I also had the pleasure of dining in the hotel's restaurant during my stay. The meal was thoroughly enjoyable, and both the waiter and waitress were extremely friendly, attentive and professional, making it a very pleasant dining experience.

What really stood out, however, was the exceptional service from the staff. Lukas on reception was incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful, going above and beyond to make sure my stay was as enjoyable as possible. As an English-speaking visitor, I particularly appreciated him taking the time to recommend places to visit and offering helpful advice in English.

Michaela was also extremely friendly and helpful. Both made me feel very welcome throughout my stay.

I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Prague!

Cons:

There was some noise from people outside the hotel between approximately 11pm and 1am, but this was understandable given its excellent location next to Old Town Square. It didn't detract from my overall enjoyment of the stay.

Néhány napos prágai utunkra kerestünk hangulatos szállást az óvárosi részen. A lehető legjobbat találtuk meg!
Pros:

A szállás hangulata teljesen hozta azt az óvárosi, korabeli, gótikus hangulatot, amit egy prágai út során vártam – a Tyn-templom szomszédságában megszállni különös élmény volt. A szobák, közösségi terek hangulatosak, tiszták, a személyzet nagyon kedves és segítőkész (külön kiemelném Lukas-t a recepción), a reggeli választék széles, az ételek finomak mind a reggelinél, mind pedig a vacsoránál. A szállás az óvárosi részen helyezkedik el, így minden fő látnivaló (Károly-híd, vár, Franz Kafka stb.) séta távolságra található.

Cons:

Nem volt ilyen.

Great location and lovely hotel. Nice staff and very clean. guy behind reception was very helpful.

Excellent location and very clean room. The breakfast was very nice.

Cons:

There was a kettle in the room but no coffee or milk. There was only tea which I don’t drink. I enquired at reception but the lady with the baby didn’t know anything as she only works there a couple of days a week. She asked a colleague about it but he just shrugged his shoulders.
We enquired about the bar closing time and was told it closed at 22:00. On the website it states that it closes at 23:00. This was was one of the reasons why we chose this hotel as it had a late bar.

Great location and very comfortable and uncomplicated stay in Prague.
Pros:

The location is fantastic, right next to the Old Town Square, but with that comes noise - nothing to do with the hotel, but worth considering. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was excellent - the dining room was decorated beautifully.

Cons:

The noise late at night but then, I like to sleep with open windows. Other than that, everything was lovely.

You can hear people waling in the rooms above, could do with a lick of paint but nothing major. Could have done with a double quilt instead of 2 singles.

호텔 front desk 직원 모두 너무 친철하고 저희를 불편하게 하지 않게 잘 도와주었습니다.
음식 종류가 많지 않았지만, 기대 이상으로 음식의 질이 좋았어요!
관광지 중심인 구시가지, 틴 성모 마리아교회에 인접해 있어 관광하는데 최고의 위치였고, 우버택시를 사용하기에 문제가 없어 이 호텔에서 우버를 불러 국제공황까지 편하게 갈 수 있었습니다.

Cons:

전기 콘센트가 침대에 가려져서 사용하기 불편하였고, 샤워기구 고정이 불안정하고 물 유줄 방지막이 고정 안 되어 사용하기 좀 불편했음.

Местоположение отеля! От него расходятся улочки в разных направлениях.И прекрасный ориентир - храм Девы Марии перед Тыном. Отель чистый. Уютный. Есть лифт.Были в конце октября,номер был тёплым! И вкусные завтраки. Дружелюбный и отзывчивый персонал.

Sijainti keskellä vanhaa kaupunkia. Lyhyt matka Kaarlen sillalle jne. Paljon ravintoloita, kivoja butiikkeja ympäriinsä. Toriaukiolla oli hieno valotaidetapahtuma, musiikkia. Hotelli on mukava ja ystävällinen henkilökunta. Taksi tuli 05.60 sovitusti hakemaan lentokentälle hotellin toimesta. Kaikki sujui hyvin.
