Hotel - Pension Felsenhof

We had an excellent stay at Hotel Felsenhof, brilliant service, very friendly and helpful staff, exceptionally clean and brilliant breakfast. The hotel is in a great location in the centre of lovely Lech. We hope to visit again soon.

Unfortunately we experienced a Covid spread at the Hotel which meant we stayed only one night. The owners tried their best and organised everything in a professional manner. Complements to the owners the way they dealt in a very difficult situation.

Veldig hyggelig familiedrevet hotell! Veldig rent og ordentlig! Kort vei til sentrum, kun 5 minutter å gå. Eller så gikk det skibuss 10 meter utenfor hotellet som gikk hvert 10. minutt.
Pluss for sauna og bra skirom for oppbevaring og skifting!

The "Do not disturb" door sign is completely useless. It was NEVER respected in our 2 weeks stay, room was sometimes serviced twice a day.

WiFi was horrible. Kept disconnecting every 15 min, needing to input the login code again, and often without possibility of reconnecting until the next day. This happened with all our 4 devices. Ended up using roaming data.

Breakfast staff was really nice and cheerful.

Lovely small hotel with tastefully decorated rooms, lots of closet space, big bathroom and WC with sink. Super friendly owner and staff who are knowledgeable and helpful. Complete breakfast buffet included. There’s also a sauna and secure ski room to store your equipment. You can easily walk to the ski lifts but there is also a bus stop right outside the door. We’ve stayed in many places in Lech and find Felsenhof an excellent value. I would recommend it highly.

Das Hotel liegt realtiv ruhig an der Strasse die in den kleinen Nachbarort Zug fuehrt. Es gibt eine Bushaltestelle fast vor der Tuer, aber man ist in 2 Minuten zu Fuss im Dorfkern. Mit den Skiern kann man knapp bis hinter das Haus abfahren, zum Lift sind es 5 Gehminuten.
Das Hotel ist ruhig, Service ist freundlich, Fruehstueck koentte etwas vielfaeltiger sein, die Sauna ist etwas klein und war meistens belegt. Das Publikum ist im Vergleich zu dem etwas abgehobenen Touristen in Lech sehr angenehm. Das Hotel bietet kein Abendessen und man muss leider in vielen Restaurants im Ort vorreservieren.
Zum Skifahren war das Skiegebiet und Hotel perkeft.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang, Zimmerservice sehr nett und unaufdringlich, Frühstücksbuffet super, aufmerksame Bedienung. Gemütliches Stüberl mit niedrigen Preise. Sehr sauber. Saunabenützung je nach Wetter verlängert.

This hotel was the best for us. I don't know if hotel is new or newly remodeled, but everything was perfect. It is short walking distance to main road with restaurants and also to the ski lift. Hotel was very clean and offer bonuses we did not expect from hotel of this category ( bath robe, hair dryer, sauna).
Place was very clean and organize and stuff was extremely friendly. Breakfast was included and it was lot of choices for everybody.

This family run hotel is only four minutes walk from the centre of Lech and it is served by a very punctual free bus service from outside the front door. The owners are friendly and helpful.

We picked a last minute destination holiday and decided on Austria. Doing very little research other than seeing they were the only hotel available, we booked immediately.

We didn't know what to expect. We are not difficult people to please at the worst of times, but upon our arrival, it instantly felt as though we were the most important people to step foot in their hotel. We had arrived more than 6 hours before check in time and had fully resigned ourselves to believe that we would be left twiddling our thumbs in the mean time. How wrong we were. We were immediately greeted and after an introduction from ourselves and our circumstances, breakfast was laid out for us which was greatly appreciated after a 10 hour drive!

Once breakfast was finished, we were invited to relax in the bar/cosy room or explore the town a little. We chose the latter and spent an hour or so looking around. We headed back to the hotel as we were honestly quite tired. To our surprise, they had made us a priority and had us all moved into our room over 4 hours before checking in even began.

Brilliant breakfast, friendly owners who go out of their way to assist. Short walk from town, or bus from front door, 500 yards from ski lifts. Would recommend this hotel as it was quiet but still close to town.

Veldig trivelig hotell med gå-avstand til bakken og restaurantene. Hyggelig vertskap som har lun humor. God frokost! Anbefales varmt!

Stayed for a week of skiing over Xmas, was the least expensive option in Lech. Staff were very friendly and helpful, ample free parking, ski bus stops right opposite, breakfast was decent, twice daily housekeeping, good ski/boot storage arrangement, can ski back from slopes. Hotel could use some updates for example the bathroom, mattresses were not comfortable, hotel doesn't serve dinner, no kettle in room (although staff are happy to supply hot water on request), wifi in room costs extra, room soundproofing not great. Overall good value, good for families.

Aus Zürs kommend im Ort links über die Brücke, dann ist das Hotel auf der rechten Seite. Wir haben uns - auch Dank der sehr freundlichen Betreuung vor Ort - unheimlich wohl gefühlt. Sollte unser Weg wieder nach Lech führen, werden wir jederzeit gern wieder hier absteigen.

Wir waren bei unserem Wochenendaufenthalt im Felsenhof sehr zufrieden.

Das kleine Hotel besticht mit eigenem Flair.
Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und aufmerksam.
Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig, es ist für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei.
Die Zimmer sind zwar klein aber sehr sauber (auch unter den Betten).
Aus unserem Zimmer hatten wir eine traumhaft schöne Kulisse.
Im Ort gibt es einige schöne Restaurants, die man bequem zu Fuß erreichen kann.
Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, beim nächsten Aufenthalt in Lech buchen wir wieder dieses Hotel.
