Perfect winter holiday in Pitztal

We spent one full week over Christmas at Panorama Alpin – Wellness Aparthotel as a family of six, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish.

The apartment was very large, spacious, and ideal for a family. There was plenty of room for everyone, with a well-equipped kitchen, generous living space, comfortable beds, and excellent storage. Everything was spotlessly clean, well maintained, cozy, and felt very welcoming — perfect after long winter days outdoors.

The hotel is extremely well equipped. There is large, convenient parking, which made arrival and daily logistics very easy. A big plus is the ski bus that stops right by the hotel, taking you to the ski slopes in about 5 minutes, making skiing effortless even with children. There is also a dedicated ski room, well organized and practical for storing equipment.

The wellness area is outstanding. The swimming pool, spa, and multiple saunas are modern, clean, and beautifully maintained. It was wonderful to relax there in the afternoons and evenings after skiing. In addition, there is a gym, which is great for anyone who wants to stay active beyond skiing.

The hotel also has a restaurant, which is very convenient after a full day on the slopes. Combined with the apartment setup, this gives you flexibility between dining out, eating in, or enjoying hotel services.

The location is excellent — quiet, scenic, and offering beautiful panoramic views, yet very close to the slopes and perfectly positioned for exploring the Jerzens ski area and the wider Pitztal region. Even during the busy Christmas season, the atmosphere remained calm, cozy, and family-friendly.

Overall, the hotel combines space, comfort, cleanliness, wellness facilities, and an excellent ski location in a way that works perfectly for families. Our Christmas holiday here was truly memorable, and we would happily return again — both in winter and in other seasons.

Highly recommended for families, ski lovers, and anyone looking for a relaxing, well-organized alpine stay.

We spent a wonderful weekend at this top notch hotel and used it as a starting point for various hiking tours. We loved the friendly atmosphere and our Appartement which was very well equipped and looked like new. The spa was outstanding - a must if you stay there. And we also loved the pizzeria downstairs. We will be back soon

Great location and hotel! Amazing views from the balcony! Brand new spa with 4 saunas. Included in reservation summer cards were a great surprise and let us explored Pitztal.
Breakfast needs to be improve not many options, specially for hot food.

Die Apartments sind sehr gross und konfortabel. Das ganze Haus wirkt neu renoviert, sauber und aufgeräumt, besonders auch der Wellness-Bereich. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und das italienische Restaurant ist ebenfalls zu empfehlen.

The accommodation was beautiful and homely. it was very clean and peaceful! would recommend especially to families. the staff were very nice, namely the receptionist. The food we had on site was good. Thoroughly enjoyed the burger and chips i ordered

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit im Aparthotel Panorama Alpin. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und konnten die Woche sehr geniessen.

Amazing location, view was breath taking. Appartment was clean, enough space and just GREAT!
Pool was small but everyone had space to swim. Great breakfast! In the restaurant reaaaally good food the service there was great!
Free tickets with gondola, great playground for every age, eaaasy walk down. Took us slowly 1hour and 40minutes with kids.
Would return anytime!!

Sehr nettes Personal und super schöne Aussicht ins Tal vom Zimmer und Frühstück Raum

Keurig hotel met een zeer mooie en nette gezinskamer. Kamer heeft eigen sauna/bad/douche en balkon met uitzicht op de bergen. Heerlijk ontbijt en bushalte naar de skilift voor de deur.

We made a fortunate decision to come back to Panorama and whole family is happy we did.

Their new apartments were exactly what a family with teens needed: spacious (and I mean it) rooms with several showers and WCs (ours had 3), fantastic beds, top-notch kitchen, several TVs, good and fast internet.

Hotel now offers breakfast (wasn't the case last time we've been there), breakfast is spot on preparing you for a mountain trail or an extended walk in the valley. Decent variety of cold cuts, eggs, vegies, fruits, cereals, and sweets (though far from 5* Las-Vegas breakfast buffets but absolutely fit for purpose) every family member found something for their liking.

Their pizzeria deserves a special callout: newly opened this season is one of the best ones I've tried (including pizzas in Italy). Absolutely worth even making a detour if you're in the area and are looking for a meal.

We're certainly coming back next time we're in Tyrol.

Conveniently close to the ski area and great lockers allocated per bedroom for the hotel guests, right by the ski area. Ski area is fairly small for experienced skiers but the ski pass includes a bus trip to the glacier and use of the funicular and lifts well worth doing- had a great day's skiing there. Comfortable clean room, fabulous food on the half board option. Haute cuisine every night. Keep hold of your chef! Loved the wellness area. Especially the herb teas and fruit and nuts. It could do with a few more loungers on busy days . Small indoor and outdoor pool which the children enjoyed as they are not allowed in the sauna area if under 14.
Friendly staff, especially Heinrich, Irene, Aleksander, and the manager.
Rooms a little too warm. Sofa bed for the children was a bit hard but the staff provided extra duvets under the bottom sheet, after that the children slept fine.
All rooms have a mountain view. The views form the wellness area were amazing. The ambience is calm and pleasant. Lots of candles in the evening.

Wir wurden von überaus freundlichem Personal empfangen und die gesamte Dauer des Aufenthaltes vorzüglich betreut.

Gute Lage zum Skigebiet, Zimmer gepflegt und sehr sauber! Essen was immer sehr lecker, junges Serviceteam welches noch zusammenwachsen muss, aber unter der Anleitung des Junior-Chefs, René, wird das sicher in ein paar Wochen klappen. Wellness Bereich groß und schön, Massage hat sehr gut getan, nach einem Tag auf der Skipiste, sehr zu empfehlen! Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und kommen wieder!

Hotel von gehobenem Niveau, Suite und Bad sehr geräumig, im Restaurant werden auch mal Sonderwünsche der Kinder erfüllt, insgesamt ein Hotel zum Wohlfühlen

Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt, es hat uns super gefallen. Der Service war großartig, toller Saunabereich. Die Jause, das Frühstück und das Abendmenü waren klasse. Die Zimmer sind sehr großzügig geschnitten! Immer gerne wieder!

Meine Erwartungen wurden eher übertroffen. Zimmer sauber und schöner als auf Fotos.
Essen auch super. Wer Sauna mag, kommt hier auch voll auf seine Kosten.
Im Service ist noch etwas Nachholbedarf, aber dafür, dass der Besitzer kurz vor unserer Anreise
gewechselt hatte, samt kompletter Belegschaft, war das sehr ordentlich.

Ein paar Dinge sind am Hotel noch zu renovieren, aber da sind Sie schon dabei.

Ich war sehr glücklich hier gebucht zu haben - und meine Ansprüche sind schon recht hoch.

Zum Skifahren am Hochzeiger ist das hier die Location No. 1 !

Wir waren eine Woche im Dezember mit einem Baby. Das Essen ist sehr lecker und der Service ist Top. Der Dpa Bereich ist sehr schön. Wir kommen bestimmt bald wieder.

The good thing was, at the end of winter season the hotel was not fully booked - but the service was also close to the end. No pencake in the morning and the temporary stuff wanted to go home asap every morning what the guets feel.
At the end we got a price reduction what the bad service made bet.

Zimmer sehr einfach eingerichtet! Scheinbar wird an der Rezeption angefangen auf "modernen Alpenstyle" umzubauen. Das tut auch Not! Service freundlich, Abendmenü gut, Parken kostenlos...

Wir waren an einem verlängerten Wochenende zum Motorrad fahren in Jenzens.In der direkten Umgebung gibt es nicht viele Strecken zum fahren, aber für ein Wochenende, war es voll in Ordnung. Am Abend konnte man gut im Pool und den Saunen entspannen. Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Leider war die Minibar nicht befüllt, aber im großen und ganzen waren wir voll zufrieden gewesen.
