Schöner Aufenthalt mit kleinen Mängeln!
Pros:

Das Hotel hat einen sehr schönen Garten mit vielen Sitz und auch Liegemöglichkeiten.
Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und bemüht, auch bei hohem Stressaufkommen. Das Zimmer war gemütlich eingerichtet und die Matratze war auch recht angenehm! Die probierten Speisen waren auch gut ! Insgesamt machte das Hotel einen sehr sauberen und gepflegten Eindruck!

Cons:

Leider nicht das hier gebuchte größere Zimmer mit Balkon erhalten, sondern eins ohne Balkon und eingeschränkter Aussicht , da im oberen Stockwerk mit Dachschräge ! Da sollten dann besser schon zwei Zimmer-Kategorien angegeben sein !
Keine Kaffeemaschine am Frühstücksbuffet, was zu etwas längeren Wartezeiten für die bestellten Getränke führte ! Eine Sorte Brötchen war steinhart und nicht essbar !?
Die Teller am Buffet waren einmal stark verschmutzt,( kann mal passieren, dass in der Spülküche was schief gelaufen ist ) wurden aber nach dem Hinweis sofort entfernt und ausgetauscht !

Alles hat gepasst. Wir kommen wahrscheinlich nächstes Jahr wieder!
Pros:

Alles sauber, sehr rustikal mit viel Holz. Betten sehr bequem.

Cons:

Bad könnte ein bisschen größer sein. Kleiner Kühlschrank im Zimmer wäre toll.

Sehr schöne Zimmer und bequeme Betten. Toll das man einen Balkon hat. Das Frühstück war sehr ausreichend und es gibt genügend Parkplätze für das Auto.

Sind enttäuscht

Die Zimmer waren schön

Cons:

Die Dame an der Rezeption war total überfordert, hektisch, gestresst. Man kam sich nicht willkommen vor, sondern als Belastung. Sowohl beim Check im als auch beim Check out. Sie äußerte genervt, warum jetzt alle auf einmal kommen. Ja, weil um 15h Check in ist.
Unsere Freundin hatte Milka Schokolade im Bett, wir im zweiten Zimmer nicht.
Es kam keine Wattepads oder Duschhauben, der Fön ist eine Katastrophe.
Schade, dass die Sauna erst um 16h öffnet. Wir hätten sie gern genutzt, heute morgen vor dem Frühstück oder gestern Abend nach dem Konzert.
Wir hatten keine Bademäntel am Zimmer, auch ein nogo.
Aber das größte Nogo war das Frühstück!
Verschimmeltes Brot!!!!!!!!
Wir wurden nicht zum Tisch gebracht, wir mussten unseren Tisch selbst suchen.
Der ganze Frühstückbuffetbereich ist viel zu eng.
Ein Gedränge.
Als wir mit dem Frühstück fast fertig waren, kam ein Mann und fragte, ob wir Kaffee wollen.
Der Smoothie hat sauer gerochen, die Früchte des Obstsalates haben auf der Zunge gebitzelt.
Man muss über Wurstplatten drüber langen, um an Besteck zu kommen.
Kein Sekt, kein Lachs....enttäuschend
Das Frühstück war eine Enttäuschung und das Schimmelbrot (Foto vorhanden) eine Gefahr!
Teeauswahl enttäuschend
Auch die Morgenpost sehr einfach gehalten und schief gefaltet.
Das lässt auf Vieles schließen wie es dort läuft.
Schade!
Sind enttäuscht!
Kommen seit 40 Jahren nach Kitzbühel/ Kirchberg.

Giardino confortevole e curato
Pros:

Il giardino è favoloso! Abbiamo trascorso il pomeriggio lì tra gli alberi e le amache.
L‘albergo è curato e confortevole.
Anche se non si trova in pieno centro di Kirchberg, ci si arriva con pochi passi.
La colazione è varia, se volete uova fritte o frittata potete chiedere al personale, lo stesso vale per vari tipi di caffè.

Cons:

Il bagno era un po piccolo, sopratutto il lavandino era piuttosto scomodo. Purtroppo nella doccia c‘erano un sacco di capelli dell‘ospite precedente
Per il resto siamo stati molto bene!
