...der Empfang war sehr freundlich, man kann sagen herzlich. Vielen Dank besonders an Foued und Faruk an der Rezeption. Meine Frau sitzt im Rollstuhl. Die beiden waren ganz besonders aufmerksam und hilfsbereit...
Ahja beim Deluxe Room war die Minibar gratis und bei der Deluxe Sweet auch ein Weinangebot 👍😊

Cons:

die Bäder sind sehr klein, nicht gerade Ideal für Behinderte Personen, aber ohne weiteres Ok... Frühstück ...hhhhmmm es war genug da,aber es wirkte ein bisschen "abgeräumt" ...vielleicht hätten wir aber auch ein bisschen früher aufstehen sollen 🤭

Great location and very modern
Pros:

The location is perfect and the rooms are very modern and stylish.

Cons:

The room had technical problems (shower head, bathroom vent, room air conditioner). It can be noisy from restaurant and the other rooms.

Pros:

We had a warm welcome! And we are really happy with the room, we booked the room with the square view window. Everything was really close to the hotel! Ps. We parked at the P5 parking lot.

Sehr schön!
Pros:

Alles modern gestaltet und trotzdem hat das Gebäude seinen alten Charme nicht verloren!

Cons:

Im großen Aufenthaltsraum war kühl. Gerade im Winter müsste dann dort etwas mehr geheizt werden, damit man gemütlich verweilen kann.

Mitten am Hauptplatz gelegenes Hotel - gerne wieder
Pros:

Tolle Lage, freundliches Personal, hervorragendes Frühstück, sauber, gute Matratzen, Parkplatz in Nähe, 2 Decken.

Cons:

Holzfenster (außen/innen/einglasig) können den Straßenlärm nicht gänzlich fernhalten, Parkplatzgebühr 32€ sind kein Schnäppchen.

Cons:

The hotel is in a perfect location, right in the heart of Český Krumlov, which is its biggest advantage.

However, for a four-star hotel, the room amenities were disappointing. There were no slippers, bathrobes, or proper toiletries provided, which is something you would normally expect at this level.

The breakfast was also below expectations. The quality of the products was low, and even the marmalades were not good. There were no chocolate spreads such as Nutella or similar options, which are quite standard in many hotels.

Overall, the location is excellent, but the service and amenities do not match a four-star standard.

Dobré na krátký pobyt
Pros:

Milý personál, skvělé umístění. Dog friendly (ale počítejte s příplatkem). Pokoj byl čistý a útulný, vybavený tím nejdůležitějším. Elektrické zásuvky jsou všude.

Cons:

Wifi dosahovala jen ke vchodu do pokoje (k pracovnímu stolku sotva a k postelím vůbec) a nebyla chráněna heslem, což je velký bezpečnostní problém (i jednoduché heslo je lepší než nic). Televize byla úplně bez signálu. Směrovky vedoucí k pokojům byly docela matoucí a hledání našeho pokoje nám zabralo déle, než je podle mě nutné. V pokoji bych ocenila (alespoň malou) ledničku. Psům je zakázán vstup na snídani. Personál, se kterým jsme mluvili, neuměl česky - nám to nevadilo, ale může to odradit jiné české turisty.
