Zentral gelegen und trotzdem ruhig; Innenstadt fußläufig zu erreichen.
Teilweise neuer und komfortabler Wellnessbereich.

Cons:

Ein Teil des Wellnessbereichs war gesperrt; einiges etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Ubytovani nam nevyslo vstric s moznosti zmeny terminu pobytu, prestoze ve svem rezervacnim systemu mely pokoj v jinych terminech volny.
Hotel nekomunikoval dostatecne pruzne, neflexibilni odpovedi na nase dotazy a moznosti pobytu.
Pri puvodne planovanen pobytu neumoznili drivejsi check-in, ani moznost drivejsiho parkingu v arealu hotelu.

Myslim, ze hotel zamerne termin pobytu nechtel zmenit a nevysel nam vstric, aby nam mohl uctovat storno poplatek a ziskat tak finance i bez ucasti hosta.
S takovym pristupem jsme se nesetkali.
Naprosta ignorance a nezajem.

Pros:

Hotel situovaný v klidné části Karlovýcj Varů, velmi dobře vybavený, bohaté snídaně a krásné wellness s velkou mabídkou různých saun v saunáriu. Personál ochotný. Pokoj prostorný a čistý.

Cons:

Byli jsme ubytováni na zadní straně hotelu, kam přijíždělo zásobování od 6 hodin od rána. Tudíž jsme nemohli větrat přes okno a museli jsme využívat klimatizaci.
