Es waren zwei sehr angenehme Tage.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut und ausreichend.
Für das Toastbrot fehlte leider nur der Toaster.
Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet.
Der Spa Bereich ist sauber und sehr umfangreich.

Lage des Hotels, toll - ein Stück außerhalb von Karlsbad. Älteres Hotel, erinnert mich an ein Kurhotel - leichte Bevormundung, lustige Regeln - welcher Zettel wohin mitzunehmen ist - wirkt ein bisserl aus der Zeit gefallen. Was auch ganz nett ist. Frühstück und Abendessen - sehr gut.

Cons:

Der Spa-Bereich. In Inneren des Hotels - kein Fenster - Sauna in einem höhlenartigen Zubau. Ziemlich genau zwanzig Sitz- und Liegeplätze im gesamten Spa-Bereich. Alles ein wenig beengt. Da war ich schon recht enttäuscht. Die Fotos hier auf Booking versprechen etwas ganz anderes.

Wunderbares Hotel mit kleinen Mängeln
Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine wunderbare Lage. Die Zimmer sind sehr großzügig bemessen. Das Frühstück war außerordentlich gut und das Hotelangestellten sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Bis zur Innenstadt von Karlsbad ist es 30 Minuten zu Fuß.
Im Spabereich sollten die Fliesen teilweise dringend erneuert werden (besonders im Dampfbad).
Bei unsere Ankunft befand sich auf dem Balkon eine Blechdose mit alten Zigarettenkippen. Hier bitte etwas gründlicher sein bei der Reinigung der Zimmer.

Heerlijk hotel op een prachtige locatie, met ruimte voor verbetering in de horeca
Pros:

De kamer was prachtig: licht, zeer ruim en voorzien van een mooi uitzicht en een balkon. De bedden waren comfortabel en de airconditioning zorgde voor een aangenaam binnenklimaat. Het zwembad en de wellnessfaciliteiten zijn van goede kwaliteit en bieden voldoende variatie. Het ontbijt was goed, maar had meer variatie mogen bieden.

Cons:

De kwaliteit van zowel het ontbijt als het avondbuffet blijft achter bij het hoge niveau van de locatie en de kamers; hier is duidelijk ruimte voor verbetering. Daarnaast waren de extra bedden in de kamer aan de kleine kant, terwijl de ruimte groot genoeg is om volwaardige bedden te plaatsen.
