Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder
Pros:

Der moderne Teil des Hotels, sowie der wirklich beheizte Außenpool.
Auch die Lage ist super!
Das Rezeptionspersonal war sehr hilfsbereit.
Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Cons:

Ich selbst bin kein Fan von dem rustikalen Teil, aber das ist natürlich Geschmacksache

Warm and welcoming! Would stay again!
Pros:

The staff were wonderful, from the moment of walking in it felt very welcoming. We arrived a little later because of a travel day but it was very easy. During our travel day in other parts of Austria, I got food poisoning from another location (a takeaway food chain - NOT FROM THIS HOTEL) and by the time we arrived to this hotel, I was starting to feel unwell. The next day, the full sickness kicked in and the staff here were amazing and they need to be highlighted for this stay. They gave hot water ginger lemon, heated my heat pillow, continually checked in at meal times offering soups or alternative foods because I couldn’t eat. Despite feeling incredibly unwell, they made me feel at home and comfortable at best they could. The beds were comfy, the bathroom is very spacious. My partner loved the food, and the one meal I could eat was all gluten free. The location is very pretty, the mountain views were fantastic! We are really loved it here, especially on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day! Would recommend!
