Pros:

Velké, čisté pokoje. Sauny super. Výborná snídaně. Milý personál. Klidné prostředí.

Cons:

Horší dostupnost obchodů s potravinami. V hotelu se nevaří a nebylo možno zakoupit si jídlo. Což bylo po příjezdu nepohodlné. A minusové body dávám i za parkování.

hotel je architektonicky nadherny, vse ciste vonave, mily personal, snidane ok, vyreseni situace k me spokojenosti

Cons:

hotel ma spoustu zavrenych a nevyuzitych casti, je to skoda, ale chapu ze napriklad chybejici vytahy - spousta schodišť… a nutnost prizpusobit hotel moderni dobe by vyžadovala ohromnou investici

Pros:

Pokoje byly opravdu krásné zařízené. Hotel působil hezkým dojmem a snídaně byly perfektní.

Cons:

Čistota hotelu nebyla vůbec dobrá. Welnes bylo otevřeno hodinu a nikdo se neobtěžoval jít uklidit špinavé kalíšky, prostěradla, všude byly vlasy…. Za mě bohužel nedostatečné

in my room the temperature control was not working. which was fixed the next day. The room was not properly cleaned as I saw a few bugs on the bathroom floors and curtains.

Personál bol ochotný a milý. Veľmi tiché prostredie.

Cons:

Slabé upratovanie , neporiadok a kopa prachu na izbách. Špinavá a smradľavá sauna , vôbec nevyhovovala . Bazén studený . Celkovo veľmi slabé služby, hoci je hotel pekný aj personál milý už by som tam nikdy nešla . Za tú kvalitu to bola príliš veľká cena. Možnosť stravovania žiadna iba slabé raňajky, v blízkosti iba jedna reštaurácia 25min pešo.
