Nice, clean hotel in a very beautiful part of Belgrade, with friendly staff.
Pros:

Everything was much better than I expected. Since the building is old, from the former Yugoslavia, I expected it to be worse, but I was surprised by how good everything was.

Cons:

Nothing ! Everything was ok!

Very disappointing experience. The rooms looked nothing like the photos advertised online.

Very disappointing experience. The rooms looked nothing like the photos advertised online. The floors squeak constantly and the rooms are not soundproof at all, so you can clearly hear noise from neighbouring rooms and the whallway.

The rooms are very outdated and do not justify the price charged. For a hotel that claims to be 4-star, overall quality and condition are far below expectations.
