Pros:

Διαθέτει κλειστό parking επιι πληρωμή.

Cons:

Το κτίριο είναι υπό ανακαίνιση, αντικρίζεις ένα κτίριο όλο σκαλωσιές απέξω και στη ρεσεψιόν έχει υποστηλωματα.
Δεν θα έπρεπε να λειτουργεί εφόσον κάνουν τέτοιες εργασίες στο ξενοδοχείο, δεν νοιώθεις καθόλου ασφαλής.
Φυσικά και δεν υπάρχει καμία ενημέρωση από πριν πάνω σε αυτό.
Και ίσως και η booking θα έπρεπε με κάποιο τρόπο να το τσεκαρει ,,χάνει την εγκυρότητα του με τέτοιες περιπτώσεις.

Renovira se jedan dio hotela mašine udaraju čovjek ne može odmorit
Dodje nedjelja kad i nedjeljom radnici rade mašinama stečaju beron

Pros:

Расположение 11/10, от гостиницы легко добраться пешком в центр или транспортом в любой район, рядом много кафе, продуктовый, макдональдс
Персонал приветливый, посоветовали номер при размещении
Можно оставить чемодан на хранение, если вылет позже выезда

Cons:

Основное здание в ремонте до следующего года. Из номера было слышно утром строительный шум, вечером все было тихо, они заканчивали до заката
Гостиница расположена около улицы с интенсивным движением, поэтому вечером в номере было шумно и при проезде трамвая слегка дребезжали стекла (старые стеклопакеты)

Room was clean, breakfast good, location ok.

Cons:

First impression was bad, reception and building under reconstruction. But overall impression is surprisingly good. And there wasn't teapot in the room, it would be very comfortable if it was.

Hälfte des Hotels Baustelle direkt vor dem Fenster mit Hilti bis Mitternacht und ab 7:00 gearbeitet; Fenster nicht dicht; Zimmer stinkt nach Zigaretten; Abfluss in der Dusche verstopft; Duschkopf kaputt - mehr Wasser kommt unten beim Griff als oben, Putzfrau arbeitet um 8:00 mit dem Staubsauger direkt vor der Tür und haut wiederholt gegen die Tür beim Saugen; Essen beim Frühstück nicht frisch...
