The worst experience in my life.
Pros:

Nothing. The room was under every standard of any hotel and there was no view from the window. I didn't find remote control for air conditioner so I hardly waited dawn to leave the hotel. Although I made a reservation and paid for five nights I left after the first night. No one offered reimburisment nor even apologize. They returned the money only after bad review of my friend a few days latter.

Pros:

The room was very spacious and comfortable. The staff were very helpful in organising a laundry service and general information. I stayed an extra 4 nights and this was facilitated immediately. The room was very good value at €50 per night.

Cons:

There was noise as there was construction going on next door. There is construction going on all over Belgrade and the hotel can obviously do nothing about it. The hotel helped by providing me with a quieter room.
