Pros:

Gorgeous hotel with amazing views and really lovely staff. Get ready for lots and lots of stairs. The family suite was perfect for us and we really enjoyed the personal hot tub outside some noise in the morning from the donkeys passing through hot breakfast from the restaurant next-door every morning was very enjoyable as well as the hotel pool for cooling off after a hot day

We had the most incredible stay at Panorama Suites in Santorini! The view was truly the best we’ve ever seen—absolutely breathtaking from sunrise to sunset. The private tub is a must and made the experience even more magical. The location is central and perfect for exploring the island, yet still feels private and peaceful. The staff were the sweetest—so thoughtful and attentive. They even made us sandwiches to take on our hike, and it was such a relief to be able to have our laundry done easily during our long trip. We also loved the complimentary breakfast, which was fresh and delicious every morning. Out of all our travels, this was hands down the best stay we’ve ever had. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Santorini!

One in a life time experience. Amazing sunset view without the crowds and away from the main street. All the staff were friendly and very helpful, providing recommendations. Breakfast was delicious, with cold and hot food available.

Oh boy I've been so excited to review this property. We LOVED it here! From the moment we walked into the door of our room, we were blown away with the amenities of the room and our breath was taken away at the views! And despite being in the heart of Fira, this place is an oasis of quiet, with beautiful views and amazing service. Not to mention amazing wifi and nice cold airconditioning.

At one point I even lost my backpack on one of the public buses - they called the company, who called the driver, found the backpack, and then sent someone to get it all while we were out at lunch. Such great service which cannot be beat!

Now the one thing which is not mentioned well in their advertising here is the breakfast. OMG. Its served pool side and is FREE. That view, everyday with an amazing breakfast...cmon now. Just take a look at a few of the photos I've posted here.

We stayed at Panorama Boutique Hotel in Santorini and had a truly memorable experience. We booked the King Suite, and it was hands down the best hotel room we’ve ever had.

The suite itself was beautiful – clean, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. The private jacuzzi on the balcony was a dream! We used it every single day, soaking in the warm water while watching the sun dip into the Aegean. It was pure luxury and one of the main highlights of our trip.

However, there’s one downside worth mentioning – lack of privacy. While the jacuzzi is technically private, it’s located in a spot where other guests walk past frequently. We spent most of our holiday (around 80%) out on the balcony enjoying the view and the jacuzzi, but the foot traffic did make it feel a bit exposed. It didn’t ruin our stay, but a bit more privacy would’ve taken it from amazing to perfect.

That said, what truly set this hotel apart was the incredible staff, especially Artan and Polyvios.

Let’s start with Artan – what an absolutely wonderful man! From the moment we arrived, he was always there, always smiling, and constantly running to help. He never let us lift a finger – always holding doors, carrying our (very heavy!) suitcases with ease, and making sure we were comfortable. You could tell he genuinely cared about the guests. He didn’t just do his job – he went above and beyond at every opportunity. This man is worth his weight in gold. A true gem and a real credit to the hotel.

Location was great - shopping area and restaurants right at your doorstep.
We stayed at the villa - there were some things that needed to be upgraded or fixed like the window sill.
I would stay there again but probably stay at the boutique hotel and not the panorama suites.
Hotel staff were very nice and helpful especially the porters. They carried our luggages to the villa where you have to take many steps down. We had a great welcome from Hailey.

Loved our stay! We stayed in the Villa - family of 5 adults. Beautiful view, spacious and clean, wonderful breakfast, staff incredibly friendly. The hot tub was fantastic, utilized the beautiful pool daily. Would highly recommend. Note: must be able to climb stairs for the Villa. Will stay here again.

Panoramic Suites was by far the very best place we could have stayed! The place is so very clean and beautiful. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful! The breakfast we had every morning was so delicious with many choices. Elena our server for breakfast was so sweet and kind. Best services! The views from this hotel were so excellent.
