מלון ברמה של 3 כוכבים ארוחת בוקר סבירה בחדר נקי אבל אם מישהו רוצה לנסועה בימים חמים אני חא ממליצה בגלל ש כתוב שבחדר יש מזגן אבל הוא לא עובד מזל שמזג אוויר קצת היתקרר אחרת יאפשד לישוי בחדר אנמ היתי בחדר 310 אבל שמעתי מאנשים שהם גם סבלו מחום ובקבלה לא היה להם מענה זה מה יש אנחנו לא יכולים לעשות.כלום זה לא בסדר

Ein schlichtes, einfaches und günstiges Hotel mit toller Lage, Frühstück ist nicht empfehlenswert
Pros:

Die Lage ist hervorragend da gleich gegenüber der Kurpark ist.

Cons:

Das Personal war unfreundlich. Das Zimmermädchen hat einen Tag versäumt unser Zimmer zu reinigen und daher mussten wir WCPapier und Handtücher selbst an der Rezeption holen. Bei der Abreise hat das niemanden interessiert und wir wurden auch nicht gefragt ob unser Aufenthalt zufriedenstellend war. Das Frühstück ist schlicht und einfach und ich könnte nur den Haferbrei empfehlen. Der Wellnesbereich ist sehr klein.

Pros:

Hotel byl čistý, útulný, na skvělém výchozím místě, na začátku lázeňské zóny.
Pokoje mají klimatizace, což bylo v tom vedru úplně skvělé. Úklid probíhal denně.
Bezkonkurenčně nejlepší byly snídaně. Pestré, chutné, stále doplňované. Káva na výběr z automatu, nebo od baristky. A ne každý den doma snídáme Prosecco. To bylo skvělé 😃.

Cons:

Nebyly zásuvky u postele, pouze roztrojka na pracovním stole, což ale není nic hrozného.
Na nás hodně měkké matrace jsou o osobních preferencích. To, že se nám na nich spalo hůř není vina hotelu.

Frühstücksbuffet mit großer Auswahl.

Cons:

Die Zimmer könnten moderner eingerichtet werden.Der Kühlschrank hat nicht gut funktioniert.Klimaanlage war auch sehr alt (laut,schlechte Kühlung)

Prijemny hotel s přátelskou atmosférou
Pros:

Cisty prijemny hotel ve kterem je klid.
Personal skvěly- snidane velmi dobré.
Vyborna kava.
Nabidka moznosti "orea svacinky "- s pouzitim pripravenych sácků.

Cons:

Mimo pokojů neni hotel klimatizovan - ani restaurace, coz je v horkych dnech velmi nepříjemné.

Pros:

Wir fahren seit einigen Jahren in dieses Hotel und sind immer rundum zufrieden.
Herzlichen Dank auch nochmals für die sofortige Organisation einer Gehhilfe für meine Mama. Die Mitarbeiter sind einfach alle toll, aufmerksam und super nett.
Danke nochmals, wir kommen natürlich gerne wieder.

Personál vo welness.

Cons:

Tri dni sme čakali na opravu postele, ktorá bola pravdepodobne nalomena, z ktorej manžela bolel chrbát. Reklamoval to po prvej noci a do nášho odchodu sa nikto nebol pozrieť. U našich známych nefungoval trezor a nedalo sa otvoriť okno. Za cely pobyt sa na to nebol nikto pozrieť. Po viacnásobnom upozornení na recepcii.
