Pros:

Jídlo bylo vynikající, velký výběr, neustále doplňováno. Možnost parkování v hotelu. Ochotná paní recepční. 2 prameny přímo v hotelu. Krásné procházky po okolí.

В номерах староватая мебель, можно немного подреставрировать, маленький бассейн-на фото вынлядит боьльше, маленькая сауна, либо ждали друг друга или толпились.Я была с собакой Джек Рассел, на сайте не написана цена прпбывания питомца 25€, - это дороже чем в Германии без особых условий 🤷‍♀️

Cons:

Personal unfreundlich, habe Zimmer mit 2 Inzelnbetten bestellt war aber nicht der Fall, in Speiseraum muss man zu lange warten auf einen freien Tisch. Getränke bestellen ewig warten. Personal spricht kein bzw.wenig deutsch. In 4 Tage wurde das Zimmer nicht aufgeräumt. Haben immer Wellness im Paket dabei gehabt, hier leider nicht.

Pros:

The room was large enough, the wifi worked well, there was a functioning elevator from the parking underground to all the floors, the pool was clean and nice, though a bit small for how big the hotel is. The location is great, within 15 min to the ski slope and ski lift, and next to the hotel are multiple restaurants, bars and shops. Close to the city center as well. They have a cafee with drinks deserts and snacks and some food also opened 12 hours a day and everything was tasty and well prepared. Card payment was accepted everywhere. The sauna and other spa facilities were all in place and available. The staff was always nice and welcoming even if they didn't always speak English, with Google translate we were still able to communicate properly. The food in the buffet restaurant for both breakfast and dinner was well prepared, freshly cut, plenty of fresg veggies and fruits, at least 3 warm options and 3 two soups, and 3 deserts. Different type of bread and deserts, next to coffee tea, water, and freshly squized juices. They provided a wardrobe, slippers, sheet and towel for each of us including for our 7 years old, to be used in the spa facilities (for free).

Cons:

Parking is limited and costs extra and the closest parking can be far if no spots available next to the hotel.

The infrared sauna didn't work

The pool is quite small for a hotel this big, and kids are not allowed in after 18:00 which can be an advantage for other guests with no kids, but it can also be frustrating for the kids that would like to spend some more time at the pool after 18:00.

Some staff members didn't know any English at all, which at times can be inconvenient, but we didn' have any issues with that.

Wir würden das Hotel nicht wieder besuchen und können es nicht empfehlen.
Pros:

Positiv war das sehr freundliche personal, egal in welchem Bereich. Das Frühstück war super, es hat an nichts gefehlt.

Cons:

Die Möbel waren wirklich sehr alt , fleckig, schmutzig und verbraucht. Die Fußböden im Zimmer und Flur mit riesigen undefinierbaren Flecken . Sehr ekelhaft.
Der Wellness bzw. Poolbereich sollte sich so nicht nennen . Suoer Mini und somit mit wenigen Leuten überfüllt. Der Whirlpool war mit drei erwachsenen schon überfüllt und das etwas tiefere kleine Becken war nicht zum schwimmen geeignet . Schade .
Die Sauna haben wir nicht besucht.
Das Salatbuffet am Abend war sehr gut , auch der Nachtisch.
Das Rind konnte man nicht essen, ist halt schwierig sowie der Rest der warmen Hauptspeisen.
