Pros:

Superb restaurant. Room just what I needed. All staff friendly and helpful. Near to transport and shops. Good value for money. I would definitely stay there again.

Pros:

Overall would recommend to stay. Nice large rooms, friendly staff and no issues in regards to cleanliness.

Cons:

Wasn't obvious that to get to the hotel you needed to enter the resteraunt, and go up a set of stairs. Breakfast was nice, but limited in options.

Pros:

Alles bestens, sehr sauber und komfortabel und gute Lage in der Stadt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Ein etwas besseres Beleuchtungskonzept, es war stellenweise ein wenig dunkel.

a nice reception welcome, a poor morning reception parting. the staff needs to be trained better

staff is not very professional, some give an unfriendly vibe. the room for this proce needs to include a small fridge. and certainly a safe deposit in the room. both missing
