Schönes Hotel im Zentrum von Pilsen
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt mitten im Zentrum in der Altstadt. Die Lage könnte nicht zentraler sein.
Hotel Parking (draussen).
Freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal.
Zimmer war sauber.
Das Hotel liegt oberhalb des Restaurants. Das Restaurant bietet überdurchschnittlich gutes Essen. Wir haben italienisch gegessen und waren wirklich sehr zufrieden.
Preis/Leistung stimmt.
Für unsere Tochter wurde ein Sofa-Bett bereitgestellt.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war relativ eng und klein und hatte einen etwas erdrückenden und schummrigen Stil. Das liegt wohl auch daran, dass das Hotel in einem sehr alten Haus ist.
Es war sehr laut in der Nacht und man hörte die feiernden Menschen auch bei geschlossenem Fenster.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war etwas enttäuschend und mager. Inbegriffen war nur Filterkaffee, für einen richtigen Kaffee musste man extra bezahlen.

Extra malá sprcha, na bookingu 4 hvězda, ale ve skutečnosti 3 hvězda, nebyli jednorazove přezůvky, při prvním příchodu do pokoje byl divné citit

Pros:

uniquement le restaurant très bon, service impeccable.

Cons:

le parking uniquement 3 places et pas fermé ne parle que l'anglais et le tchèque
chambre un peu petite pas de lumière pour lire douche très petite. Le café uniquement café cafetière pas d'expresso sinon payant. Parking payant mais il faut réserver et seulement trois places et non fermé.

Schön Wohnen im schönen Pilsen
Pros:

Süßes kleines Hotel mitten in der Stadt , nur zwei Schritte vom Dom entfernt . Gutes-italienisches - Restaurant im Keller , die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig , das Bad neu und groß.
Ein altes Gebäude das liebevoll zum Hotel umgebaut wurde.
Perfekt für eine Stadtbesichtigung

Pros:

很小的一家本地酒店，位置很好，房间也不多，booking图片很漂亮，但房间实际不大，还算干净，一楼是自家餐厅 味道不错，价格也偏高，早餐可以让厨师现做煎蛋🍳 这种感觉很温暖

Cons:

房间没有矿泉水热水壶也没有咖啡和茶包 前台有个年长的女士不是很友好 马桶貌似有点问题

Útulný hotel s milým personálem. Pozor na platby s vlastním převodem měn(výrazný rozdíl České národní bance).
Pros:

Lokalita, milý personál a restaurace s výbornou kuchyni v rámci hotelu.

Cons:

Chybějící vybavení pokojů - skříň na oblečení (jen věšák), malá lednička. Pani majitelka má nastavené ceny v Euro. Jsme Češi a cena přes Booking se nám zobrazovala v korunách i Euro s přesným přepočtem. Nicméně paní majitelka při platbě v korunách na místě má nastavené výrazné navýšení kurzu převodu měny oproti ČNB a to při platbě v korunách. To Cech v Čechách nečeká a nedostali jsme vysvětlení dopředu. Zjistili jsme, když jsme byli poptáni k doplatku oproti ceně na Booking (rozdíl např. cena rodinné večeře v restauraci). Nechala jsem si vše vysvětlit, nakonec jsem to probrala s paní majitelkou po telefonu a rozhovor byl na téma obhajování svého podnikatelského přístupu. Nelíbí se mi z principu tento přístup, ani vysvětlování, že pokud cestuji, tak je to zcela běžné a nakonec ustoupila. Nicméně tohohle je moje první negativní cestovatelská zkušenost tohoto typu a nejsem cestovatel začátečník. Proto sdílím i ostatním. BTW - kdybych to dopředu věděla, mohla bych platit v Eurech nabitou Revolut kartou. 😉
