Hotel můžeme jen doporučit. Oceňujeme milý a vstřícný personál. Jídlo bylo chutné a pestré. Pokoj byl krásně zařízený, připomínal pokoj pro princezny s výhledem na fontánu.

perfekter Rückzugsort für pure Entspannung

Top Lage.
Das gesamte Personal ist sehr nett. Rezeption, Restaurant oder die Zimmer-Feen immer freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Frühstück und Abendessen waren immer ausreichend.
Wir waren als Familie mit Hund unterwegs.

Die Singende Fontäne die vor der Tür des Hotels ist - faszinierend, elegant und ein wunderbarer Fixpunkt bei einem Spaziergang durch den Kurpark. Man sollte sich mindestens einmal eine Abendvorstellung mit Beleuchtung ansehen – das hat echten Gänsehaut-Faktor!


Marienbad ist eine wunderschöne ruhige Stadt.
Wer ein paar Tage abschalten, durch wunderschöne Parks schlendern, sich verwöhnen lassen und in kaiserlichem Flair schwelgen möchte, wird den Ort absolut lieben.

Cons:

Nem fedi a valóságot, hogy a szállodának van parkolója. Kb 10 perc sétára lévő parkolóházban lehet parkolni.
A szobában volt illatspay, Nem mindenkinek kellemes ez az illat. Teljesen fölösleges volt. Néhány vendégnél akár allergiás reakciót is okozhat.

Kvalitné služby a chutná strava.
Pros:

Pekná historická budova v tesnej blízkosti kolonády. Vyzdvihujem kvalitnú polpenziu, chutnú večeru a raňajky formou bufetu. Treba skusiť 😁. Izba bola čistá, okrem uterákov štandardom sú župany a papuče. V suteréne budovy je welnes, skúsilu sme bazén s vírivkou. Dobrý pomer cena a kvalita.

Nejaké drobné detaily sa nájdu, ale to sa dá ľahko napraviť.

Понравилась коммуникация с персоналом! Очень хороший завтрак! Месторасположение прекрасное, прямо напротив поющего фонтана, это очень здорово, когда в 7 утра начинает петь фонтан!
Комфортные кровати, подушки и чистейшее белье!
Историческое, красивое здание: и внутри и снаружи.
Есть водичка с цитрусовыми и конфетками вкусными на рецепции)
В бассейне есть небольшая комната отдыха, где можно выпить много видов чая!
При заселении дали улучшенный номер, а при выселении брют!)) Было очень приятно. Спасибо большое.

Не понравился бассейн, к сожалению. Очень много хлорки и всего 3 массажные струи.
Пыль на полотенцесушителе в ванной(.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt in einer wunserschönen Stadt
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, quasi in Sichtweite der singenden Fontaine und der Trinkquellen Der Brunnen spielt ab 7 Uhr ca. alle 2 Stunden bis 22 Uhr für ca. 5 Minuten jeweils verschiedene Musikstücke. Shops, Cafes und Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar.
Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Stadtblick - sehr schön und Minibalkon. Die Betten war bequem, kleine Auswahl an deutschen TV-Sendern. Es gibt große Badezimmer. Wir hatten eines mit Badewanne, daher für Personen mit körperlichen Einschränkungen nicht so optimal. Frühstück und Abendessen waren umfangreich und lecker. Jeder findet etwas.
Die angebotenen Massagen im Rahmen des Übernachtungsangebotes und auch die beiden zugebuchten waren sehr angenehm.
Das Personal ist sehr nett, spricht je nach Mitarbeiter auch deutsch oder englisch.
Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es zum Tagespreis für aktuell 550 CZK und Verfügbarkeit in den anliegenden Straßen via Ticketautomat oder APP oder etwas günstiger im bewachten Parkhaus ca. 500 m entfernt zum Tagespreis von ca. 250 CZK.

Cons:

Eher Hinweise als Nichtgefallen: Bei Halbpension zum Abendessen muss man Getränke wie Bier, Wein oder Softgetränke am besten direkt an der Rezeption bestellen und im Anschluss bezahlen. Wasser, Apfel- und O-Saft gibt es am Automaten auch Kaffeevarianten. Etwas "besonders" fand ich, dass man immer alles sofort bezahlen musste, statt es auf die Hotelrechnung setzen zu lassen. Die Massagen am besten auch vorab reservieren, wenn man bestimmte Zeiten wünscht, sonst kann es sein, dass der Wunschtermin belegt ist bei Ankunft. Aktuell gab es eine Thai-Masseurin. Die vorzubuchenden Massagen konnte ich allerdings erst reservieren, als ich das Hotelzimmer bezahlt hatte (ca. 1,5 Wochen vor Anreise).
Für Leute mit größeren körperlichen Einschränkungen ist das Hotel vielleicht nicht so ganz geeignet. Das Hotel hat zwar einen Aufzug, aber zur Rezeption muss man ins Hochpaterre ein paar Treppen steigen. Rauchen ist im Hotel nicht erlaubt. Es gibt vorm Haus eine Rauchergelegenheit. Ja nachdem, ob und wie viele Raucher es gibt und ob das Zimmer darüber liegt, musste man die Fenster temporär schließen, weil der Rauch ins Zimmer zog.
