I liked the hotel and appreciated the staff, but I believe some issues could be addressed more effectively by management to ensure a truly comfortable and relaxing stay.
Although I was very pleased with the hotel overall, particularly with its high standard and courteous staff, I would like to point out a few issues related to management.
My room was on the 8th floor, and only after contacting the hotel staff did I learn that the noise that had been disturbing me throughout my stay was coming from the elevator motor. It was clearly audible in the room every time someone used the elevator.
The doors also closed with very loud bangs, which was disturbing and made it difficult to relax.
Another issue was the use of mobile phones in areas where silence was required. Despite the treatment information clearly stating that phones should not be used with sound on, some guests ignored this rule, disturbing others, while the staff did not intervene. On several occasions, I had to confront such guests myself, which should not have been necessary.

Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Der tiefere Wasserbereich im Pool hätte etwas größer sein können.
Nagyon jó helyen van a szálloda, gyalogosan is minden könnyen elérhető, de a helyi busz is a szálloda előtt áll meg. Kiváló a reggeli és a fürdő pazar.

מלון מפואר, חדרים נוחים מאוד ,קבלת פנים נעימה. המתקנים ענו על הציפיות שלנו. הספא נהדר. ארוחת הבוקר מצוינת.
במרחק הליכה ניתן להגיע למדרחוב עם המון חנויות ומסעדות.
בספא בריכות המינרלים והסאונות נפתחו רק בשעה 14:00.
בחדר רחצה היה פרח בתוך מתקן מזכוכית, בלי כוונה הוא נפל לכיור ונשבר, חייבו אותנו עליו מחיר מלא.
הטיסה שלנו התאחרה ולא אפשרו לנו לעשות צ'ק אין מאוחר יותר ,אפשרו רק לשמור על המזוודות.
