Magical, fun, different, and great location for a fun stay in Amsterdam.
Pros:

The staff, the staff, the owners. Great location, cool vibes, great breakfast - just what you need to start your day and very fresh, creative fun cocktails and great guys serving and mixing the cocktails.

Cons:

Some of the decor in the room could be updated, freshly painted and/or cleaned up a little.

Beautiful room above a beautiful art-deco styled sit-down cocktail bar. Breakfast tasty. Location is also excellent. All the staff, from the cocktail staff to the breakfast people in the morning, are very friendly.

Cons:

Don't know how common this is in The Netherlands, but double-glazing on the sash windows in the room would help cut out a lot of the noise as well as make the room easier to heat.

Pros:

En pleno centro del barrio rojo. Cerca de la estación de tren y en buena zona de bares, restaurantes, etc etc
La cama y la ropa de cama tremendamente confortable.

Cons:

La climatización de la habitación bastante justa.
La escaleras son muy empinadas, pero el.personal te sube las maletas. Nada recomendable para personas con dificultad para moverse.

Lovely. Would recommend it for those that want an small location with lots of personality.
Pros:

The friendliness of the staff. The breakfasts were very good. The bar is fabulous. The furnishings in the bar and the room are quirky and just a delight.

Mandy and Sue's Great Amsterdam Adventure
Pros:

We had a warm welcome in this small canalside boutique hotel . Low lighting , mirrors and bric a brac set a dramatic backdrop for the cocktail bar in which we enjoyed breakfast every morning. Rosalia's is in central Amsterdam , set amidst colourful shops and cafes .
Our 2 rooms upstairs were individually themed and impeccably clean . The beds were comfy and luxurious . Mine overlooked the busy canal and was surprisingly quiet . A substantial delicious breakfast was provided each morning.

Cons:

The quirky historical building has no lift- we found out only after Booking (and payment). There were a few days of anxiety bouncing between Booking.com and the Owner about its suitability for our stay . We just about managed the steep stairs - they definitely aren't for the elderly frail and disabled (*us) or weak of spirit!

Super séjour, cocooning, très bon petit déjeuner. Personnel discret et très gentil. Petit hôtel privé où l’on monte dans les chambres par une porte dérobée, j’adore. Petit resto et bar à cocktail privé. Très bien placé.

Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable and perfectly located for getting around the city. Breakfast was excellent with a good variety of fresh options, and the bar was a highlight — great atmosphere and very well-made cocktails.
