Does not match the expectations of a 4-star hotel
Pros:

Staff was kind, breakfast was nice, and the small wellness area is nice - although quite abandoned.

Cons:

First, we were put to a tiny and dark room, where most things were broken: most of the lights, the bathroom door, the shower head, shower door... The bed was unacceptable: very old, and the bedlinen had holes on it burnt by cigarettes. The room was not clean either, there was a dirty towel, and someone's hair in the bed, along with lack of vacuum cleaning. Soundproofing was nonexistent, and I could hear people speaking in the adjoining rooms. Once we asked to be moved to another room, we received a room which was clean and spacious. Still, it was so old, that most of the things were broken, with paint peeling off the ceiling... The windows had holes on them, they did not seal well, and you could hear the bar downstairs until early morning hours.

Our stay was very comfortable. We had a very large room with plenty of space for our luggage.
Pros:

Breakfast was very nice. Location was good. Very central to all the landmarks and city centre.The hotel cleanliness was to a high standard.

Limpio pero no impoluto. Ubicación correcta pero tampoco céntrico

Cons:

Muy ruidoso por la noche. No es culpa del hotel, pero los que vayan en fin de semana tienen que saber que en las habitaciones hay ruido de los bares que hay alrededor hasta la una de la madrugada.
La sábana es corta. Si eres un poco alto y quieres que te cubra hasta el cuello, deja los pies al aire, y si quieres que te cubra los pies, la sábana solo te llega hasta el pecho

Pros:

Location and the room is comfortable

Cons:

I couldn’t sleep because of the noise during the night. It was a noise from rooms or aisle. One of the guest probably was talking on the phone or discussing with someone and the all conversation was like in the room.

Pros:

The hotel is located in a nice and vibrant neighborhood. The breakfast is good, but can be better, especially considering the price. The cleaning is good.
