Gute Anlage mit freundlichem Personal, aber die fehlende Belüftung in den Badezimmern und eine extrem laute Nacht bis 6
Pros:

Insgesamt hatten wir einen guten Aufenthalt im Pins Playa. Der Pool war sehr gut, das Restaurant ebenfalls, der Service war in Ordnung, das Personal an der Rezeption war freundlich und professionell, und auch die Garage war ein großer Pluspunkt. Das Apartment war sauber und insgesamt war der Aufenthalt angenehm.

Cons:

Es gibt  Punkte, die verbessert werden sollten. In beiden Badezimmern gab es keine ausreichende Möglichkeit zum Lüften. Eines der Fenster war mit einer Schraube fixiert und ließ sich überhaupt nicht öffnen, sodass wir die Badezimmer während des gesamten Aufenthalts nicht lüften konnten.

Das größte Problem war jedoch der Lärm in einer der Nächte. Bis etwa 6 Uhr morgens herrschte durchgehend sehr lauter Lärm, offenbar verursacht durch eine Gruppe von Fußballfans nach einem Spiel oder einer Sportveranstaltung. Es war praktisch unmöglich zu schlafen, und die Situation war besonders schwierig, da wir mit drei Kindern gereist sind. Diese Nacht war schlichtweg katastrophal, und leider hat niemand etwas unternommen, um den Lärm zu reduzieren oder die Situation zu lösen.

La atención y el servicio excelente. El apartamento tenia la ubicación solicitada, con vistas al mar, estaba limpio y tenia lo indispensable.
