Great little apartment with helpful staff from which to explore the teasures of Vienna.
Pros:

This “room" at Pakat Suites was a small apartment that one might compare to a Marriott Residence Inn. The tram (Belvedere Place stop) to take one into the city center was walkable, a city block away. Two grocery stores (Billa and SPAR) were a few blocks away. A few reasonably priced restaurants including a very decent brew pub and biergarten are close by. Location from the Main Train Station is walkable and on level ground. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by Joseph who answered any questions and helped us get settled in. The front desk staff was always ready to help from 9:00 to 3:30. Free washer and dryer are available in the basement. Joseph brought an ironing board and iron upon request. The kitchenette includes a hot pot and a coffee maker with coffee pods supplied. Pots and pans, dishes and flatware are supplied, enough to make small meals. A week cost us less than US$1000.

Cons:

The air conditioning system did not seem very efficient. There was almost no cabinet space to store food that we purchased at the grocery. The apartment lacked a table where we could sit and take our meals with friends, but then there was little space for one. We made it work!

Fantastic!
Pros:

Location: very quiet and at the corner of the belvedere and waking distance from city center.
Service: impeccable 👌.. really 10/10
Apartment: great space with all necessities for a short stay.

Pros:

Spacious, quiet, well-equipped apartment. Walking distance from the central station. Check-in process easy and well documented.

Cons:

I realized too late that the switch of the kitchen light was broken, and the bedroom had a glass door. When I flagged the issue, the property responded immediately, so I am confident they have fixed it (I only spent one night and could not verify that).

"Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento durante il nostro viaggio a Vienna e ci siamo trovati molto bene. L'alloggio era accogliente, pulito e dotato di tutto il necessario. Un ringraziamento speciale ai ragazzi della reception per la loro disponibilità e gentilezza: quando mio figlio ha vomitato sul divano, hanno risolto immediatamente il disagio senza creare alcun problema. Inoltre, hanno avuto molta premura nei miei confronti quando non stavo bene, dimostrando grande attenzione e umanità. Un'ospitalità davvero rara e apprezzata. Consigliatissimo!" ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Temizlik açısından ve malzeme kalitesi olarak mükemmeldi, mutfakta en ince detaya kadar tüm eşyalar düşünülmüştü. Wc ve banyo da ayrıca hem malzeme hem temizlik olarak çok iyiydi

Mikrodalga fırının altındaki led ışığı söndüremedik o biraz göz aldı onun harici sorun yoktu

Ну дуже зручна локація апартаментів. Ми пішки фактично обійшли усі основні локації міста. Дуже симпатичний внутрішній дворик, гарний балкончик, де із задоволенням можна поснідати і випити кави. Дуже вдячні за шампанське з нагоди дня народження ❤️

Чистота на балконі, підлога потребує прибирання

Einfach und schön.
Pros:

Die Buchung und der Zusatzwunsch nach einer Garage waren einfach und die Kollegin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Entgegennahme der Schlüsselkarte mit dem Schlüsselsafe hat sehr gut funktioniert. Es könnte noch ein Schuhlöffel im Zimmer sein, sonst alles sehr gut.

Pros:

Burası çok güzel suitleri olan bir otel. Check-in saatinden önce gelmemize rağmen valizlerimizi birakabileceğimizi sonra da odamızın hazır olduğunu öğrendik. Her şeyden önce iletişimleri çok güzel. Bizi Salma isimli genç bir hanımefendi karşıladı ve her şeyi anlattı. Ama ondan önce de tesis sürekli mesajlarla bilgi verdi.
1 Konum: Belvedere sarayına çok yakın birçok ulaşım aracına marketlere yürüyerek yakın.
2 Rahatlik: Yatak, banyo, oturma alanı, mutfak, balkon, giyinme alanı her şey çok iyi kurgulanmış.
3 Modernlik: Bazı ülkeler eski sistem oluyor, burada kartlı sistem var şifreyle uğraşıyorsunuz. Mutfak çok kullanışlı her eşya var.
4 Çalışana verdikleri değer: Otelde 9 -3.30 arasında resepsiyonist görebilirsiniz, onun dışında bomboş. Sanki sadece biz kalıyorduk:))

Cons:

Yatak odası kapısı keşke şeffaf değil de tamamen kapanabilir olsa, biri uyurken biri oturmak ya da duş almak istiyor alan çok müsait ama bütün ışık uyuyan kişiyi uyandırıyor.
Salondaki koltuk açılabilir olabilir yine aynı sebepten, biri orada uzanabilir.
Duş ürünleri çesitlenebilir. El yüz vücut saç için tek bir ürün ilk defa gördüm güzeldi yine de

Brak miejsca na przyrządzenie posiłku bo stoi jak dla mnie bezużyteczna maszyna do kawy z kapslami z aluminium! Dodatkowo tylko jeden garnek i 1 patelnia i do tego również z niezdrową powłoką więc dla mnie bezużyteczny tak samo jak bezużyteczne deski do krojenia bo są z plastiku. Niestety dla ludzi dbających o zdrowie wyposażenie kuchenne pozostawia wiele do życzenia.

Relaxed, everything at hand to live as I do at home, but on holiday in a fantastic location
Pros:

Apartment was bright and fresh. Good separate dressing area for cloths. Raindrop shower and separate bath. TVs in living room and bedroom. Extra internal door in entrance area and thick windows, so very quiet. Good fridge, oven and two cooking rings.
Gym in basement was brilliant and washing and drying area for laundry was a bonus. Very helpful and cheery staff.

good price and value
Pros:

the room was quite big for 3, location so nice, close to Belvedere Palace and the place is safe and calm; self-checkin without any problem
