Come perdere tempo in una vacanza presso hotel Sun terribile
Pros:

Solo la posizione vicino al centro ed alla colonada

Cons:

All’arrivo nessuno ti aiuta con i bagagli anche se c’è un carrello porta valigie nella hall, receptionist non professionale , l’auto la devi portare personalmente al parcheggio a circa 700 metri dall’hotel , camera non pulita , letto terribile sembrava di dormire su di un asso di legno , frigo vuoto non funzionante , porta asciugamani in bagno rotto , moquette corridoio e camere macchiata , il giorno dopo arriva un tecnico con un frigo in sostituzione peccato che era un frigo d’appartamento enorme non inseribile nel vano e si è pure arrabbiato con noi che non centriamo niente . Spa composta da una piscinotta , una sauna per due persone e zona relax con due lettini . È la prima volta che ci troviamo in una situazione così drammatica . Arrivati il 24 ore 12 ritirata la camera ore 15 precise non un minuto in meno con la hall pie di gente che aspettava anche se le camere erano disponibili . Dovevamo restare fino al 31 /10 ripartiti per disperazione il 26/10 con addebito costi totali . Segnalato al gruppo Axxos che avrebbero provveduto , ma intanto abbiamo perso vacanza e denaro . Se visionate le recensioni negative l’hotel è pieno ma non vengono messe in evidenza vedrete solo quelle positive . Abbiamo preso due camere . Non lo consigliamo a nessuno !!!!

S ubytováním jsem spokojena a až zase pojedu do Mariánských Lázní, ráda se zde zas ubytuju.

Die Lage des Hotels. Das sehr freundliche Personal. Das sehr gute und reichhaltige Frühstück. Die Sauberkeit. Der traumhafte Blick vom Zimmer zur Kurpromenade und auf den Kurort. Der erholsame Schlaf und die Ruhe.

Cons:

Das angrenzende Gebäude, dass in sehr schlechtem Zustand ist und letztlich nicht zum Hotel Slunce passt.

Perfektní poloha, nádherný výhled na kolonádu. Opravdu pohodlné postele, luxusní koupelna. Kousek od parkovacího domu. Snídaně bohaté, velký výběr pro každého. Velmi příjemná slečna na recepci.

Skvělá poloha hotelu, hotel čistý, vyvoněný, personál na recepci usměvavý. Jídlo asi menší výběr, ale za nás dostačující.

Cons:

Číšník v restauraci by se mohl více usmívat. 😁 Slyšela jsem vše, co se dělo ve vedlejším pokoji, každé zakašlání. Wellness velmi malé.

Cena odpovídá nabídce.
Pros:

Snídaně formou bufetu - kompletní nabídka "od A až po Z" - naprosto bez problémů, obsluha neustále kontrolovala doplňování táců i čistotu. Večeře také formou bufetu - s výběrem jídel to bylo trošku horší, ale vše bylo v rámci cenové nabídky naprosto v pořádku.

Cons:

V koupelně nebyla elektrická zásuvka, kdo chtěl použít svůj osobní elektrický přístroj (holící strojek, kulma..) musel do pokoje - a tam tahat kabel od země a snažit se dohlédnout do zrcadla na druhé stěně....

Aber die Lage, 1a, würden es allen empfehlen, direkt im Kurpark.....

Die Lage am Kurpark

Cons:

Service im Hote,l der Wellness Bereich, die Zimmerausstattung, die Betten bzw Matratzen, das Frühstück und Personal eine einzige Katastrophe. Nie wieder dieses Hotel buchen.
