Superbement situé mais un peu négligé
Pros:

Hôtel très bien situé avec une belle vue sur les jardins de la ville.
Le petit déjeuner est copieux et la salle du restaurant agréable.

Cons:

Il est dommage que le ménage ne soit pas plus sérieux. Les couverts du petit déjeuner étaient tâchés, le balcon recouvert d'éclats de la façade et de crottes de pigeons.
Le matelas était déformé et inconfortable.

Mir hat es gefallen, ich würde dort nochmals buchen.
Pros:

Die Lage ist 1A - direkt an einem schönen Park mit Sehenswürdigkeiten.
Die Bäder sind groß und schön renoviert. Freunde von uns hatten zusätzlich zur Dusche sogar eine freistehende Badewanne.
Über das Abendbuffet waren wir zwar geteilter Meinung, ich und meine Mutter fanden es gut, ausreichend und abwechslungsreich (es gab stets Fisch, Geflügel, Rind und Schweinefleisch - jeden Tag anders zubereitet und Gemüse) sowie verschiedene Nachspeisen (Kuchen).

Cons:

Unser Zimmer wurde nicht gemacht (vielleicht lag es daran, dass wir den Zimmerschlüssel stets mitgenommen haben) und im 4. Stock sah der Flurteppich sehr fleckig aus. Das SPA (Sauna) ist sehr klein und wurde dann wegen Reparaturarbeiten für einige Tage gesperrt.

Sehr gut aber Zimmer hatte viele Mängel. An der Rezeption reagierte niemand. Sie waren überfordert.

Das Hotel war ganz okay - die administrative Abwicklung schlichtweg katastrophal.
Pros:

Das Hotel ist etwas für Nostalgieliebhaber - man merkt, dass lange nichts mehr investiert wurde. Die Zimmer wie auch der "Spabereich" sind ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist telefonisch schlichtweg nicht erreichbar. Eine Buchung bzw. eine Änderungsanfrage kann nicht gestellt werden, da am Telefon ausschließlich eine KI-Stimme operiert. Dies ist ein Unding insbesondere da ja bekannt ist, dass die Zielgruppe eher Senioren für den Kuraufenthalt sind und diese sind sicherlich nicht KI-affin. Am meisten hat mich gestört, dass trotz vielfacher Gespräche an der Rezeption nicht die gewünschte Rechnung ausgestellt werden konnte, obwohl das im Vorfeld zugesagt wurde.

Hotel für eine Nacht in Ordnung
Pros:

Die Lage ist super. Der Kurpark ist sehr schön.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist optisch schön, aber auf den zweiten Blick viel zu renovieren. Die Zimmerausstattung ist gut. Leider nicht gründlich gereinigt. Der Müll vom Vorgänger war noch da, beim Duschen kamen die Haare aus dem Abfluss hoch. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Wellness kann ich nicht beurteilen, waren nur eine Nacht dort. Parken nur im Parkhaus 400 m entfernt.
