Pros:

Die Lage war toll, direkt am Park und Kolonade. Die Aussicht vom Balkon war sehr schön.
Außer man möchte morgens ausschlafen, dann ist die Lage nicht geeignet, denn die singen Fontane fangen schon um 7.00 Uhr an und das hört man voll.

Cons:

Abendessen war furchtbar. Es gab 3 Sorten Gulasch, Hähnchen, Schwein, Rind. Sonst gab es keine Fleischgerichte. Man kann aus Fleisch aber auch was anders machen ausser Gulasch. Dazu Beilagen, Nudeln, Reis, halb gebratene Kartoffeln. Gebratenes Gemüse sah aus wie aus der Tiefkühlkost. Und beim Salat hatte man das Gefühl als ob vom Frühstück noch da stehen würde.

Hotel Sun Palast
Pros:

Die Zentrumslage, schöne Parkanlagen, das Reinigungspersonal betritt das Zimmer nur wenn an der Tür das Schild zum reinigen hängt.

Cons:

Ich hatte den Eindruck wenig Personal, abends beim Essen waren die Getränke wie in der Früh vom Automaten, sonst gab es keine Bedienung für Getränke, es gab morgens und abends die gleichen Salate, einmal war die Suppe fast kalt.

Toller Balkon, super Lage und im Grunde nettes Personal, vor allem das Café mit dem Jesus Kellner ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Cons:

Das Bad und das Zimmer an sich waren nicht wirklich sauber, im Bad fanden wir noch viele Haare und sonstiges. Der TV zu klein und kaum deutsches Programm. Das Essen, vor allem das Abendessen war wenig lecker, lieb und geschmacklos. Hat mit tschechischer Küche nichts zu tun. Neben dem hotel steht ein Abrisshaus. Und der Pool bzw Wellnessbereich ist ein totaler Witz.

Hotel je umístěn blízko kolonády a zpívající fontány, což jsme ocenili. Měli jsme pokoj s balkonem a pěkným výhledem na lázně. Snídaně byly vyhovující.

Cons:

Výběr jídel u večeří nebyl nic moc. Pokud některý druh došel, nebyl doplňován. Stejné to bylo i u příloh.

Skvělá snídaně. Dostatečně velká koupelna s vanou.

Cons:

To nejlepší má hotel už za sebou. Chtělo by to důkladněji vysát. Spony na záclonky drží u oken silou vůle.

Wir hatten einen entspannten Aufenthalt und haben das gesamte Bäderdreieck besichtigt
Pros:

Das superior Zimmer war sehr groß, mit mehreren Sesseln ausgestattet. Es gibt auch die wichtigen deutschen Sender. Es ist ab 22 Uhr sehr schön ruhig. Die Lage gleich neben der großen Kolonade ist wunderbar.
Die Klimaanlage war an unserem heißen Wochenende sehr angenehm.
Das Frühstück ist vielfältig und gut.

Cons:

Der Fernseher ist klein und so fest an der Wand befestigt, daß man die schweren Sessel umräumen muß, um was zu sehen. Es sind viele Lampen im Zimmer vorhanden, aber nur die Hälfte der Glühbirnen funktionieren. Die Duschtasse müsste erneuert werden.

V hotelu jsme strávili cca. 2 hodiny, z důvodu nefunkční klimatizace a neochoty manažerky hotelu situaci řešit jsme pobyt ukončili. Nebyli jsme jediní. Peníze nám stále nevrátili, na email nereagují.
