Pros:

Nice and well located hotel. The room was clean and very comfortable. In addition, the lady from the reception was the best, very friendly!

Pros:

The Room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location was convenient, close to the city center and major attractions while still being in a quiet area. It offered excellent value for money, making it a great choice for anyone visiting Prague. I would definitely stay here again.

Good value for money, ruined by dirty water
Pros:

Good location, extremely comfortable bedding and reasonable sized room.

Cons:

Bathroom was outdated and dirty water came out of taps in the morning.

Pros:

Price was good for the location and quality of the hotel.

Cons:

Only negative was the lack of air conditioning. Room was absolutely way too warm during hot summer days to not have any form of AC. Fan made no difference, made sleep difficult.

Celkovo sme boli s hotelom a jeho personálom nadmieru spokojní.
Pros:

Izba bola čistá. Lokalita tichá. Raňajky boli chutné a bohaté. Obsluha bola milá a príjemná. Na recepcií nám vychádzali nadmieru k našej spokojnosti. Transfer na letisko prebehol v čas a bez zdržaní.

Cons:

Nevýhoda je iba tá, že v okolí sa rekonštruuje cesta, čo sťažuje prístup do hotela.
Je potrebné ísť naokolo.

Jó lokáció, tiszta, igényes szállás
Pros:

Csak egy éjszakát töltöttünk kisfiammal a hotelban, de bátran ajánlom mindenkinek, akár hosszabb távra is. Nagyon felszerelt, tiszta, igényes szálláshely, kiváló elhelyezkedéssel, lokációval.

Cons:

A fürdőszoba mérete. Egy kissé szűkös volt, de a tisztasága kitűnő. A parkolás a hotel területén nem megoldott, a közeli parkolóházban lehetett parkolni, ami elég magas árú. A parkolóház kb. 10 perc sétára található a szálláshelytől.

Zentral, sauber, nettes Personal.
Pros:

das Royal.Plaza Hotel liegt sehr zentral an der Metrostation "Muzeum" in Prag, wenngleich man zur Zeit ( Juni 2026 ) ein bisschen zickzack laufen muss, da es Straßenbaustellen gibt. Alles war sauber, Personal an Rezeption und beim Frühstück sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Frühstück nicht in Buffetform, sondern à la carte mit ca. 6 Varianten. Baustellen in der Nähe. Insgesamt dennoch empfehlenswert.
Das Frühstück ist von guter Qualität, aber durch die vorgegebenen Varianten ist man ziemlich festgelegt.

Pros:

A last minute booking, I got a great deal. I needed a hotel close to Hlavni Nadrazi this was about 10 mins away
Check-in I did online prior to arriving. I would stay here again.

Good Stay, Good Value
Pros:

Easy check in. Pleasant staff. Arranged for car to airport. Slightly off the beaten path. Rooms (even triples) are small.

Cons:

Better directions from train station would have helped. Rooms were smaller than we expected. No amenities (computer room, exercise room, bar, etc.)

При бронировании у меня заблокировали на карте сумму за проживание. При заселении у меня ещё раз списали эту сумму, при этом сказали, что изначально забронированную вам вернут?! Но к сожалению по прошествии столького времени деньги не вернули?! Прошу разобраться с этим вопросом?!
