Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at hotel Prezident in Karlovy Vary and felt warmly welcomed from the moment we arrived. The hospitality was exceptional throughout, from the reception team to the restaurant and spa staff, everyone was friendly, attentive and welcoming.
Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean and very comfortable, and the spa facilities were equally clean and inviting. Although we only stayed for three nights and didn’t have enough time to experience the spa’s private or the medical treatments, we would love to return and explore them on our next visit.
The food was absolutely fantastic, truly outstanding, with an excellent variety of options to suit different tastes, morning and evening.
Despite our short stay, the whole experience was incredibly relaxing and enjoyable. We left feeling refreshed and would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent hospitality, wonderful food and a relaxing getaway. We would happily return!

Pros:

Super Lage und guter Service. Alles in allem ein gelungener Aufenthalt um Karlsbad zu erkunden. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und der Service einwandfrei.

Cons:

Stellplätze gibt es nur außerhalb, dies ist in Karlsbad aber der Geographie geschuldet. Man muss ich darüber bewusst sein, dass man in einem Parkhaus weiter oben am Berg parken muss. Die Unterkunft hat selbst keine oder viel zu wenig Stellplätze auch wenn dies auf booking anders beschrieben wird.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit perfekter Lage für einen Kurzaufenthalt in Karlsbad
Pros:

- sehr gutes Frühstück mit einem reichlichen Angebot von frischem Obst, Mehlspeisen und vor allem frischen Rührei (kein Pulverei!)
- eine sehr sehr gute Lage! über einen kurzen Fußmarsch (max. 5 min.) gelangt man direkt an die Hauptquelle 1, welche ziemlich mittig in der Hauptpromenade von Karlsbad liegt

Cons:

- ziemlich hellhörig zum Nachbarzimmer! Wir hatten die JuniorSuite welche durch eine Tür zum Nebenzimmer verbunden war. Leider war dadurch die Familie mit Kindern gerade in der Nacht oder am Morgen stark zu hören
- guter Wellnessbereich aber leider mit sehr sehr kleinen Saunen ( 5Pers. max., dann wird's unangenehm eng)

Останавливались с подругой в отэле, всё было отлично, спокойно, чисто и комфортно. Персонал приветливый, массаж был изумительный 👌🏻 Отдельное спасибо девушке массажистке🔥 Рекомендую, если хочеться спокойного отдыха.

Wer Entspannung sucht und mit med. Anleitung eine Reha wünscht,wird hier gut versorgt.

Man kann relaxen oder seine Fitness verbessern und das unaufgeregt in einer schönen zentralen Lage.

Cons:

Parkplätze sind knapp und sollten zuvor reserviert werden.
Das Mobiliar des Zimmers ist verbraucht und zeigt unschöne Gebrauchsspuren.

Krasný, prostorný pokoj, promyšleně řešený, pohodlí, ticho. Luxusní bazén, sauna, letní terasa. Navíc varná konvice a základní káva a čaj pro ty, kdo nejsou bez prvního šálku udělat krok ;) Byli jsme velmi spokojeni.

Sehr gute Erholung in einem gut ausgestatteten Hotel
Pros:

Unterkunft hat alles, was man benötigt: schön eingerichtete und große Zimmer, Sonnenterrasse, Spabereich mit Pool, sehr zentrale Lage. Frühstück war super und immer abwechslungsreich

Cons:

Die Leistungen im Spa sind teilweise etwas missverständlich dargestellt. Zum Beispiel ist das private Hamam lediglich ein Zugang zu den geschlossenen Räumlichkeiten (Sauna, Dampfbad, Bad) ohne eigentliche Prozedur.
