Lage und Frühstück super. Spabereich klein und Wasser zu kalt. Reinigungspersonal schlampig

Die Lage war super! Man muss allerdings gut zu Fuß sein, weil es ca 200m steil bergauf geht. Das Frühstück war außerordentlich

Cons:

Die Kaffeetassen wurden erst nach schriftlicher Aufforderung and Reinigungspersonal gewechselt und Tee und Zucker aufgefüllt. Unsere Freunde haben nichts gemacht und bekamen keine Auffüllung an Tee und Zucker. Am 30.3.hing beiläufig ein Zettel im Aufzug, dass am 31.3.das Warmwasser eingeschränkt verfügbar sei. De facto gab es von 7h- 22h kein warmes Wasser und der Spa Bereich war zu kalt zur Nutzung. Im Hotel wusste man das schon Tage im Vorhinein, dass Arbeiten im gesamten Ort getätigt werden würden. Man hat uns weder im Vorfeld noch beim Einchecken darauf hingewiesen!!!!!! Das ist kein Gästeservice. Von Booking.com warten wir immer noch auf eine Antwort bzw Entschädigung für diesen Tag.

Perfekt gelegen mit tollem Spa
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt fußläufig zu den Quellen und Sehenswürdigkeiten.Es gibt einen schönen Saunabereich und Pool.
Zum Frühstück gab es z.B. frisches Erdbeermus,Fisch,Pfannkuchen,frisch aufgeschnittenes Obst,Kefir und diverse Getränke.

Cons:

Es gibt sogar 2 getrennte Wellness-Etagen!Das hätte beim Checkin besser kommuniziert werden müssen.Enttäuschung erst groß,dass Fußreflexzonenmassage ausgebucht ist,bei der anderen dann doch noch verfügbar.
Sekt zum Frühstück wäre noch nett.
Aquagym und Pool mit Salzwasser kosten extra.

Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Kurzaufenthalt
Pros:

Frühstück war sehr gut, nur am zweiten Tag(ich nehme an da weniger Gäste im Hotel waren)etwas ausgelesener.
Der Wellnesbereich und die Spa Angebote waren top.

Cons:

In der Hotelbar hat etwas die musikalische Untermalung gefehlt. Es war sehr still in diesem raum und jeder konnte jeden hören.
Unser reservierter Parkplatz, wohlgemerkt pro Tag 30 Euro, war eine kleine uralte Garage mit einem stink normalen Schloss. Das hat mir nicht so gefallen. Einen Parkplatz zu reservieren ist empfehlenswert, da diese sehr meines Erachtens nach knapp sind und es wenig Parkmöglichkeiten vor dem Hotel gibt.

Es war fantastisch! Das Frühstück sowohl auch das Abendbuffee war exzellent. Der Fitness und Spanereich ebenfalls.
