Sehr empfehlenswert für groß und klein
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr gut ausgestattet und bietet äußerst komfortable Familienzimmer (in unserem Fall Deluxe). Das Frühstück ist hervorragend und die Therme und das Spa sind außergewöhnlich. Das Fitnessstudio ist superior, da es eigentlich extern betrieben wird und das beste Studio ist, das ich je in einem Hotel betreten durfte.

Pros:

Nel complesso la struttura è ben curata e ben dislocata si può accedere dall’hotel direttamente alla piscina termale con acqua surgiva oppure alle due piscine o alle saune (di cui una dedicata esclusivamente alle donne) e ai bagni turchi posti al secondo piano con un terrazzo che affaccia direttamente sullo splendido bosco…al di fuori della struttura ci sono degli splendidi giardini dove potersi rilassare e passeggiare mentre se uno è amante degli sport trova una palestra attrezzata e passeggiate indimenticabili nonché percorsi ciclabili favolosi

Cons:

- geen mogelijkheid om buiten te eten ondanks het mooie weer
- zwembad en fitness zijn publiek, dus heel veel volk
- quasi nooit iemand aanwezig in de bar. Altijd moeten wachten tot er iemand kwam om een bestelling op te nemen.

Hotel v klidné lokalitě s možností využití bazénů, za poměrně vyšší cenu jsme očekávali více
Pros:

Hotel je umístěn v klidné lokalitě. Hned vedle je nádraží, ale vlaky naštěstí neruší. V okolí hotelu je pěkný park, spíše pro důchodce. V ceně ubytování je vstup do bazénů. Budova komplexu bazénů působí mohutně, ve skutečnosti jsou bazény velmi malé, dva vnitřní relaxační, jeden venkovní relaxační a vnitřní plavecký bazén klasického rozměru. Vybavení hotelu je standardní, v této cenové relaci bych očekávala větší luxus. Stejně tak, co se jídla týče, byl to spíš průměr. Večeře je částečně výběr z menu a částečně bufet, nijak okázalý. Ten navíc není pravidelně doplňován, takže se na vás např. zákusek už nemusí dostat.

Cons:

Naproti hotelu se budova lázní v jedné části rekonstruuje. Bohužel jsme dostali pokoj přímo naproti místu rekonstrukce. Byl zde velký hluk ze stavby. Naštěstí jsme většinu dne strávili venku nebo v bazénu. V pokoji bylo horko, klimatizace nefungovala, jak měla. Chybí zde venkovní hřiště pro děti. Hotel nabízí hlídání dětí v dětském koutku, což je fajn, ale jazyková bariéra neumožňuje svěřit jim dítě, které jim nerozumí. Počet parkovacích míst je omezený a místa jsou velmi malá. Vyzkoušeli jsme to, ale očekávali jsme více.

Schöner Aufenthalt, aber besser für Familien geeignet
Pros:

Schönes, großes Zimmer mit Balkon mit Blick in die Berge. Der direkte Zugang zur Therme ist toll.

Cons:

Ist besser für Familien geeignet. Durch die vielen Kinder im Hotel ist es beim Frühstück und in der Therme sehr laut und hektisch.

Cons:

Umgang des Personals mit Auszubildenden. Es war erschreckend zu erleben wie die Auszubildenden von Mitarbeitern vor uns, in sehr unschöner Art, behandelt und bevormundet wurden. Wir hatten den Eindruck, dass sie nichts mehr sagen dürfen und sich auch nicht mehr getraut haben. Dabei machten alle Auszubildenden einen sehr fleißigen und zuvorkommenden Eindruck.

Fantastisch en we komen zeker terug

We hebben een upgrades gekregen en we verblijven in een gigantisch mooie grote kamer alles brandschoon super netjes en lekker luxe

Pros:

Nice room. Nice with access to thermal bath + indoor and outdoor pools. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Running trails nearby.

Cons:

We bought dinner the first night. It did not taste of much, and did not meet standard for everything else at the place. Maybe we just picked the wrong night, but after that we found very nice restaurants in Villach…
