Pros:

Die direkte Anbindung zur Therme und dem Quellenbad. Und das der Sportbereich mit genutzt werden konnte. Sehr gutes Angebot, auch was Wellness angeht.

Alpe Adria Buffet war hervorragend, Frühstücksbuffet ebenfalls mehr als ausreichend ! Topservice

Therme ist sehr laut und die Luftverhältnisse im Inneren zu warm und stickig.

La posizione molto comoda per raggiungere le terme. Colazione ottima, prodotti di qualità e variegati.

Cons:

Nel prezzo della camera era compreso l’ingresso alle terme, peccato che sia possibile accedere solo dopo il check in (ore 15) e prima del check out (ore 11).

Amazing sauna and spa area, the outside heated pool was great in winter, very cozy
The room was big and comfortable, big bathroom area
Great breakfast
Dinner was ok, 38 euros per person, not amazing, but ok
They change your pool towels everyday

Cons:

The location is a little isolated from the town but its also good because it's quiet and you have hiking paths
The shower pressure was weak, and didn't have an overhead shower head
Also theres a bathtub

Pros:

L'ambiente è molto accogliente e non troppo formale. Lo staff è molto cortese e quasi tutti parlano discretamente l'italiano. I dintorni sono ideali per passeggiate più o meno lunghe anche nel bosco. Incantevole con la neve

Cons:

La cucina è discreta, ma purtroppo non all'altezza di quella italiana. Ci sono molte famiglie con bambini anche piccoli che spesso (ma non tutti) sono molto rumorosi. Nelle terme i bambini di tutte le età corrono e urlano e il personale non riesce ad evitare tuffi e altri comportamenti poco educati. Nelle stanze manca un bollitore con 2 bustine di thè o tisane.
