La ubicación muy buena, amplio y muy cómodo.

La ubicación era fantástica, a un paso de la plaza vieja, estaba limpio y las camas eran cómodas
Por decir algo que hacía demasiado calor por la noche y costaba dormir.
Tampoco me gustó no saber la ubicación exacta del apartamento hasta la llegada. Aunque tuvimos suerte y fue muy buena.
The apartment was great, just around the corner from the main reception. The place was clean and pretty new. We especially enjoyed how comfortable the bed was. The location was perfect for walking around the city and we had a great choice of cafes, restaurants and supermarkets close to the location of the apartment. The staff was also amazing and really great with communicating with us during our stay.
The bathroom was clean and working perfectly but I think it wouldn't hurt to change the flooring or to add tiles on the walls. The apartment looked a little bit bare in comparison to the photos on booking and it was smaller than what we expected for two people.

Stunning apartment, with high ceilings, parquet flooring and beautiful tiling and ceiling detailing. Comfortable beds and enough rooms for not only separate bedrooms but a separate living room too.
The only tiny gripe was nowhere to hang towels in the bathroom (or anywhere) and no soap or place to put a towel in the toilet. Also no cleaning products at all for us to clean up spills, etc.

Anahtarı başka yerden alıp eve gidiyoruz ve aynı şekilde ayrılırken anahtarı geri götürüyoruz. Ayrıca da valizlerle 3 kat merdiven çıkmak zordu. Asansör yoktu
A Localização era bastante central, o que ajudou muito. podiamos caminhar para os pontos principais a pé.
- Estúdio minúsculo, o que pelas fotos no booking não é perceptível nem está muito claro o tipo de estúdio que poderá ser atribuído.
- Ao chegar ao local, é feito o checkin, depois é atribuído o lugar onde ficas hospedado em que implica teres de te descolar novamente com bagagem até ao alojamento onde irás ficar.
- Ao chegar ao quarto, um calor insuportável, não sendo possivel regular a temperatura visto não ter ar condicionado.
- Após alguns dias foi solicitado uma mudança de roupa de cama como limpeza do estúdio (troca de lixo de cozinha e casa de banho). Em resposta ao pedido, foi-nos dito que teríamos de nos deslocar à recepção principal para fazer o pedido.
Na recepção foi nos dito que só com estadia de mais de 4 noites podia ser feita a limpeza. Se quiséssemos teríamos de pagar taxa adicional para o fazerem. ( Algo que não está explicito no ato de reserva e de checkin).
Sendo que o pedido foi feito 3 dias depois de lá estarmos.
- Funcionários pouco atenciosos e extremamente rudes. Apenas limitaram-se a prestar o serviço básico de checkin e checkout sem a mínima preocupação de resolver o problema.
