L'obiettivo era visitare Pavia ed il soggiorno ci ha dato (in parte) ciò che volevamo.
Pros:

Pulizia impeccabile, asciugamani sempre sostituiti anche se, per le solite raccomandazioni sull’ambiente, non sempre ce ne sarebbe bisogno. Reception molto professionale. La parte della ristorazione (colazione o altro) appena rilevate da nuova gestione, non valutabile, salvo il buon lavoro del cuoco. Per motivi di tempo non ho frequentato piscina o palestra.

Cons:

Stanza con letti alla francese, comodi ma sproporzionati, che lasciano poco spazio intorno per muoversi o anche solo per coricarsi. La stanza ricorda la foto di un catalogo di un mobilificio, fredda, che pare disegnata da uno che non viaggia. Nessun attaccapanni ai muri per appendere un giaccone o un soprabito bagnato di pioggia: c’è un armadio di dimensioni ridotte in cui non si può riporre un indumento bagnato (contiene anche il frigobar). Inoltre in una stanza per due persone c’è solo una sedia al tavolino, e la bottiglietta d’acqua col cioccolatino sul comodino non aggiustano più di tanto.

Bella struttura, peccato per la gestione
Pros:

Struttura gradevole, con un bel parco e spazi esterni piacevoli.

Cons:

La gestione è stata deludente. La camera inizialmente assegnata aveva un problema alla porta e non si riusciva a entrare; mi è stata poi data una doppia a uso singola. In bagno ho trovato due bicchieri di plastica, uno dei quali non era sigillato nell’apposito involucro igienico ed era sporco: un dettaglio piccolo, ma non accettabile.
Anche il ristorante interno, pur essendo a gestione separata, ha lasciato una pessima impressione. Durante il servizio si sentivano con chiarezza conversazioni informali e battute tra il personale, talvolta con toni e linguaggio poco adatti a una sala ristorante. Questo ha reso l’atmosfera meno curata e professionale di quanto ci si aspetterebbe.
Infine, far pagare separatamente 5 euro per la piscina e 5 euro per la palestra agli ospiti della struttura è una scelta che ho trovato insolita e poco giustificata.
Peccato: la struttura avrebbe buone potenzialità, ma il livello della gestione le penalizza molto.

Un lugar unico descuidado

Mi è piaciuta molto la disponibilità del personale: sono stati tutti estremamente gentili, cordiali e sempre pronti ad aiutare. La struttura è accogliente e il soggiorno è stato piacevole.

Cons:

L’esperienza al ristorante è stata decisamente deludente. La scelta dei secondi è molto limitata e i prezzi sono eccessivamente alti rispetto alla qualità e al servizio offerti. Abbiamo ordinato una cotoletta alla milanese, servita con insalata e patate, ma queste ultime non erano nemmeno state sbucciate accuratamente. Inoltre, per ricevere il secondo abbiamo dovuto aspettare un’eternità, con tempi di servizio davvero inaccettabili. È un peccato, perché questi aspetti hanno compromesso l’intera esperienza.

I did not like that was only overhead shower.
Breakfast was not good. Scrambled eggs were oversalted. Small choice of vegs and cheese.

Très bon accueil ,spa et confort au TOP,

LE RESTAURANT DU SOIR EST A FUIR.
Carte très courte et pates inmangeables
Meme les plats ITALIENS étaient mauvais.
Nous sommes rentrés nous coucher sans rien manger. Mais le lendemain, les 2 repas nous ont été facturés.
D'ailleurs, nous n'étions que 7 clients!!!!
