las ranas croando toda la noche en mi ventana, no dormi nada mucho ruido

Mi è piaciuta molto la disponibilità del personale: sono stati tutti estremamente gentili, cordiali e sempre pronti ad aiutare. La struttura è accogliente e il soggiorno è stato piacevole.

Cons:

L’esperienza al ristorante è stata decisamente deludente. La scelta dei secondi è molto limitata e i prezzi sono eccessivamente alti rispetto alla qualità e al servizio offerti. Abbiamo ordinato una cotoletta alla milanese, servita con insalata e patate, ma queste ultime non erano nemmeno state sbucciate accuratamente. Inoltre, per ricevere il secondo abbiamo dovuto aspettare un’eternità, con tempi di servizio davvero inaccettabili. È un peccato, perché questi aspetti hanno compromesso l’intera esperienza.

Cons:

I did not like that was only overhead shower.
Breakfast was not good. Scrambled eggs were oversalted. Small choice of vegs and cheese.
The girl at the bar was not friendly at all.

Très bon accueil ,spa et confort au TOP,

LE RESTAURANT DU SOIR EST A FUIR.
Carte très courte et pates inmangeables
Meme les plats ITALIENS étaient mauvais.
Nous sommes rentrés nous coucher sans rien manger. Mais le lendemain, les 2 repas nous ont été facturés.
D'ailleurs, nous n'étions que 7 clients!!!!

Il y a beaucoup de choses qui demande des explications. Emplacement parking handicapés, occupé par une voiture du personnel. Personnels à la réception, professionnel, sans plus. Chambre : sol non nettoyé, toile d'araignée dans les coins, terrasse de la chambre non-nettoyée, les mégots de cigarettes dans le cendrier, bar sans personnel, restaurant du jamais vu. Tout est négatif, sauf le prix qui est nettement surfait. Je voudrais connaître vos critères pour l'attribution des étoiles.

The privacy on the resort

Cons:

The restaurant service. Took 35mins to take my order because the waiter was too busy charming the couples at the tables. I was sat there on my own waiting for service
