exceptional staff, comfortable rooms, great location
Pros:

Loved this place! First - at least during our stay - there seemed to be an all women staff and they were exceptional. So kind and helpful and gave our dog a lot of love. The breakfast had great options and got our days started well. I think we just had a 'basic' room but it was spacious and comfortable. Parking was easy and the proximity to the train station was a real plus. The pool/spa were a definite highlight!!

Cons:

I did use the 'gym' and it was comfortable. If I'm going to nit-pick I think they could use some free-weights and a couple mats to make it even better.

J’aurais dit exceptionnel si j’avais pu manger au restaurant !

Sa situation géographique (en plein centre ville, à proximité de la gare et des grands axes routiers), la bienveillance du personnel, le confort de la chambre, la salle fitness, le spa et la piscine, le calme, le parking gratuit

Cons:

Le restaurant : je n’ai pu dîner qu’une seule fois, la seconde fois, j’ai été refusée car j’étais seule. Séjournant 2 semaines, j’avais prévu d’y dîner au moins une dizaine de fois, tant pis pour eux !

Mir hat sehr gut gefallen. Komme wieder

Ganz nett ganz herzliche Begrüßen
Sehr Hilfsbereite Frau am Empfang
Natürlich die Lage und Sauna

Cons:

Das Frühstück wie organisiert ist
Sehr eng beim Kaffee zusammen mit Aufschnitt.
Stau und muss man sich an andere Gäste zusammen stossen.
Auch Sauna ! Steht ab 16 Jahre leider Erwachsene brachten schreiende kleine Kinder

Beautiful few days in one of Europe's quieter corners; a hidden gem.
Pros:

The staff are amazing -- I'm especially grateful to Anja for having made it possible to our family to visit the Egger-Lienz' memorial chapel: one of the great glories not just in the region, but in the world. The team went to so much trouble!

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, Frühstück auch ok, vom Pool hat man eine schöne Aussicht aber keine guten Liegen und eher eng. Sehr Hundefreundlich.

Cons:

Der Pool war leider nicht so sauber, niemand außer uns ist vor den Hallenbad duschen gegangen und das hat man leider gemerkt.
