Klidná lokalita blízko metra. Příjemný personál. Káva a čaj zdarma. Vyšli mi vstřic s požadavkem manželské postele, což oceňuji. Bylo čisto a působilo to útulně.

Reservé mi habitación el 28 de mayo de 2026. EL mismo día que entraba al alojamiento, el 24 de octubre (5 meses después de la reserva) el alojamiento canceló mi habitación y no me ofreció NINGUNA ALTERNATIVA. Además, se ve un edificio francamente anticuado, y el trato del personal no fue para nada resolutivo ni de ayuda. NO LO RECOMENDARÍA NUNCA A NADIE.

Na recepci slíbili že se ozve manažer a ten se neozval, a navíc dle informace z recepce náš pokoj prodali jinému zájemci více jak 24 hod před zrušením naší rezervace.

Das Hotel war minimalistisch. Einrichtung war defekt/ohne Funktion und veraltet. Parkplatz nur für kleine Autos befahrbar. Keine deutschen TV Sender.
The location of this hotel is very good, especially if you want somewhere a bit more quiet and further from the center. The neighborhood was lovely and reaching the city center by foot slowly took me about 20 minutes. To reach the city center you have to go over the bridge which is nice, great view. The bed was comfortable, the room was big and had a lot of space. I recommend to stay here if you don't have big expectations for something fancy, want to live further from the center but still have the ability to reach it fast.
The lady at the reception in the late evening when I came from the airport was a lovely person - very calm and collected, and nice.
The room was quite old.. The problem was mainly the bathroom and the little main hall when you enter the room. The smell was really bad, it seemed like someone was smoking there previously and you can't get rid of that smell. It was quite irritating. The bathroom also had that smell so I couldn't leave my clothes or even towels there. The cleaning service caught me of guard a bit - I left the card asking for clean up on the door handle, but when I returned in the evening I noticed that it wasn't really cleaned? The trash was not taken out, the towels weren't changed, the bedding was as it was, like no one had even been in the room (and mind you, the card on the handle was put back in the room, so someone was there).
The other day I came back and had the towels brought but the bed was half made? It was a bit funny because someone just put the towels on the bed and did not make the bed like usually in other hotels. It was a weird experience because in the room they left a card to leave tips for the cleaning but they didn't really do any cleaning. So I you are a bit of a "clean freak" I would not recommend this hotel, I don't think they care too much about these things.
The really shit thing was that I was staying here at the start of october and there was no heating. The room was really cold and had no way to be warmed up. Also, they write that there is a hairdryer - don't be fooled. The hairdryer is that old little thing that burns your hair and doesn't even work. I looked at it and put it back because there was mold in the hairdryer. Horrible. SO for the women staying here - bring your own hairdryer.

Postel se rozjížděla a vrzala a měli jsme lůžkoviny a ručník jen pro jednu osobu. K televizi nebyl ovladač. Dveře od sprchy taky nic moc.
Paradni lokalita, velmi ochotny personal, se vsim poradi.
Otel temiz asansörü var ve odalar geniş denilebilir. kendi otoparkı mevcut. Her gün oda toplanıyor ve süpürülüyor.
Çarşaflar ve havlular her gün değişmiyor. Gece resepsiyon yok. Odalarda klima, ısıtma veya havalandırma yok
