Overall - the hotel is definitely not 4 stars, 2 at most. Really needs renovation.
Pros:

Central location
Spacious room
Big nightstands near beds

Cons:

Dirty, sticky floors in the bathroom and room.
Curtains and towels with holes.
Dirty bedsheets.
Shower was broken in multiple places; head holder was broken and didnt hold the shower head. There was visible mold.
Two separate beds even though room description stated there would be a large double bed.
WIFI stopped working the first night and reception only works until a certain hour so there wasn’t any help available. When we asked about this in the morning, reception said they will check it, but turns out whenever you leave and come back you need to manually delete the network from your phone for it to work - this was very inconvenient.

In una zona tranquilla vicino alle fermate metro, tram e bus.. molti locali e supermercati ed un centro commerciale a pochi passi

Parking prywatny a nikt nie wspomniał że płatny.
Pokoje nie spełniają standardów hotelu z 4 gwiazdkami.
Na śniadanie trzeba wychodzić z budynku i iść do innego budynku zlokalizowanego na innej ulicy.

No customer service, booking cancelled at last minute, DISASTER OF A HOTEL NOW!

Cons:

Hotel said they couldn’t process my card, which I have used there for every other stay, and for numerous other hotels around the world. They asked me to "update" my card details every few days, then cancelled my booking. Then it was impossible to contact them, and even Booking.com couldn’t contact them.
I had to book another hotel at the last minute, which caused a lot of stress, and cost me more money.
The hotel has turned into a disaster since I stayed there last year!

Pros:

professional receptionist

Cons:

There was a smell of chlorine, dampness in the wall, and some other things were faulty. The biggest problem was that there was no hot water on the second night. I called the phone but no one answered, and when I went downstairs, they said it was being repaired and might be back in an hour.

Mohu hodnotit opravdu jen kladně :)
Pros:

Hotel je na velice příjemném místě. Personál je velice ochotný. Skvělé postele a příjemné povlečení 😊

Cons:

Slabší odhlučnění. Ale musím přiznat, že citlivost mého sluchu je vysoká, a tak slyším i mouchu za rohem 😁
