Schönes Haus, tolles Essen aber noch Verbesserungspotenzial im Service
Pros:

Schöne und weitläufige Anlage, hervorragendes Essen und sehr gute Ausgangslage für Wintersport-Aktivitäten. Teilweise sehr gut qualifiziertes und freundliches Personal.
Schönes Schwimmbad und gute Angebote wie AQUA-Zumba und Pilates

Cons:

Die Qualität des Espresso zum Abendessen ist inkonsistent, da er teilweise aus dem Siebträger oder Vollautomaten stammt… Wir würden uns deutlich mehr Unterstützung bei der Auswahl von Skitouren, Rodelwanderungen o.ä. wünschen.

Pros:

Les propriétaires ainsi que le personnel sont extrêmement accueillants. Nous avons adoré notre séjour: l’endroit est très calme avec une jolie vue, les repas étaient excellents. Le spa est suffisamment grand pour se relaxer après une journée de ski.

Des vacances en pleine nature avec le confort d'un hôtel prestigieux
Pros:

Cuisine gastronomique de grande qualité en demi-pension. Buffet du petit déjeuner très bien fourni et très varié. Endroit très calme et très bien situé dans la vallée. Facilité d'accès en voiture.

Schitterend all-in verblijf in een zeer mooie omgeving.
Pros:

Bijzonder vriendelijk personeel, zeer mooie locatie, uitgebreid ontbijt, prima namiddag snack (buffet) en lekker avondeten met voldoede keuzemogelijkheden. De bar, ontvangstruimte en restaurant waren zeer smaakvol ingericht en er is voldoende plaatst om zich rustig terug te trekken.

Cons:

De kamer op de derde verdieping was wat uitgeleefd en de prijs was aan de hoge kant.

Hervorragend (im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes)! Sehr gutes Essen , schöne Wellness-Bereiche (eher klein aber oho), tolle Zimmer und kompetentes Personal.

Cons:

Personal war durchschnittlich motiviert. Familienbetrieb hat eben Schwierigkeiten, herausragendes Personal zu finden. Massage war eher unpersönlich, aber sehr kompetent ausgeführt

Traumhafte Lage und sehr gutes Essen.
Pros:

Wirklich ein sehr, sehr schönes Hotel in traumhafter Lage. Alleine der Blick ins Tal vermittelt eine unglaubliche Ruhe und Beschaulichkeit. Unsere Zimmer waren sehr schön, sehr sauber, wir haben nichts gefunden, was uns stören würde. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Essen, es war geschmacklich auf allerhöchstem Niveau, immer schön angerichtet und sehr abwechslungsreich.
