Temizliği iyi, yatakları rahattı, çalışanları ilgiliydi çok yardımcı oldular.
Odaları daha büyük olabilirdi, bavul açacak yer yoktu. Rahatsız etmeyin yazısı asmamıza rağmen oda temizlenmişti.
The location is good. Close to the city center and several museums. Tram station is nearby and easy to use the tram to central or south train station. Also very convenient to take bus to the airport. Really a good price, so not complaining the room size. The staff is very nice. She let me check-in early.
They do have elevator, but it only reaches to the third floor. My room was in 4th floor, and the stairs are very narrow and steep. Not friendly if you have big baggage or mobility difficulties. (It's OK to me though.) The Wi-Fi is a bit slow. Sound insulation is not good.

The room was clean, bed was enough comfortable. It was quite small and good hotel. The staff was friendly and tried to assists for everything. But if you want to try the elevator thing twice and read the information:)
