Pros:

Chambres très propres, personnel gentil et à l’écoute. Il y a la possibilité de garder les bagages hors chambre. L’emplacement est très bien, proche de l’hyper centre, tout se fait à pied c’est très sympa ! C’est un bon rapport qualité prix. Pas de bruit, bonne isolation

The unpleasent smell
Cons:

We stayed in Room 17 for one night and would like to share a serious concern about our experience.
There was a very strong and unpleasant smell coming from the toilet drain. We checked into the room around 4 PM, went out shortly after, and when we returned later in the evening, the entire room smelled extremely bad. Despite being very tired, we tried to improve the situation by ventilating the room, leaving both the window and door open for some time.
Unfortunately, the odor persisted. In the morning, when I went to use the bathroom, the smell was so overwhelming that it nearly made me vomit.
This issue significantly affected our comfort and overall stay.

good location, smallest hotel room we have been in.
Pros:

location was decent. About a 0.5 mile walk from a lot of attractions. Felt safe around the property.

Cons:

Elevator was so small, barely held our luggage. The room was way smaller than expected. Didn't have enough room to open 2 suitcases

The closeness to the tram station & the cleanliness

Cons:

The room was cramped for 4 ppl, no space to keep luggage even, and found it expensive for the size of the room, but maybe Amsterdam is so, also no facility in the bathroom to hang clothes also

The location was fantastic. Walking distance to everything.

Cons:

The room was tiny. The bathroom was tiny. It would have been good to know that the canal out the front was under repair as the view was a little displeasing. Great for a two night stay but anything longer you'd want more room.

Great location but not great value for money
Pros:

Good location, close to everything but not in crowded tourist zones.

Cons:

Very small, cramped, loud, and depressing given the price. I'd stayed here once before in 2023 and found it cheery and well-maintained despite being small (which is normal for Amsterdam). This time, the exterior, entrance, and hallways were pretty sad and unkempt; things like the elevator didn't work.

La ubicación es espectacular, recorrimos toda la ciudad a pie, el personal encantador, el cuarto pequeño pero muy lindo y con vista al canal! Lo súper recomiendo
